This place needs a serious remodeling.
The restrooms are strange and trashed.
The carpeting or whatever the flooring is is disgusting.
My burger was good but our other dish was very salty. Applebee's isn't the best place, but they are good for a burger and a cheap beer.
Our service was good, and the server was polite, friendly, and helpful.
Food was good I had a chicken quesadilla and honestly one of the best ones I’ve had. But what made the experience so wonderful was our server Trish T. She was so wonderful to my mom and I , always checking up on us and singing with us and just overall a wonderful person. She also left a wonderful message on our receipt - she made our trip through West Virginia absolutely wonderful. I’m very happy we stopped here.

i do NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone, i will never be eating here again, when my boyfriend and i had first arrived we had noticed a female server hanging out boxes, dropped one on the floor and put it right back on the stack of boxes to be handed out to future customers, we had arrived around 6:45 ish and didn’t get sat until around 7, wasn’t busy or anything. didn’t get greeted until almost 7:30, waited until almost 8 for our appetizer, which had clearly been sitting because the dips had a film, our food came out about 5 minutes after our app, and my plate had hair on it, which i’m usually not to picky about because i’m a server and get that it had nothing to do with my server but he clearly didn’t listen to me very well while taking my order, my mashed potatoes were made incorrectly, my steak was over cooked and burnt, when i had asked for medium well. My boyfriend and I were both missing a side and were told it would be out shortly, waited another 20 minutes still received nothing, so we had decided to leave. seems like they have a bunch of people who have no idea what they’re doing as servers. i’m a server myself and understand things get busy and backed up, there were majority of maybe 7-9 tables being used there was no reason we should’ve had to wait almost a hour for our food nor should we have had to wait as long as we did for any service at all. the service we received tonight was very disappointing we will never be returning.
Came here to meet with a friend I hadn't seen in a long time to catch up. Order it simple things to eat that were good for what they were, nothing fancy but definitely hit the spot! I got the fiesta lime chicken and it was really good! Of course not as healthy for me as I could have chosen but it was great! Our waitress was helpful and gave us space to visit without rushing us, but definitely checked in to see if we needed anything! Great place for lunch, it was a nice place to visit, again nothing fancy but met our needs! Everything was clean, we were not left waiting for anything, and the bathrooms were clean as well! Sorry I didn't take any pictures of our food but I did get a picture of my friend and I!
The classic Bacon cheeseburger was excellent! Chicken Alfredo with broccoli was delicious. Server was very polite and helpful. Nice atmosphere, clean, and inviting.
Work is for work, not for gathering numbers of gentlemen eating at your establishment, seemed more like a truck stop diner than a restaurant.
My husband and I were there to celebrate our Birthdays together.
Seated quickly, the place was not too busy, 10 occupied tables.
We have always eat there for our bday dinner and been very happy.
But this year...
The female waitresses were including the female hostess were all hovering around one table with two gentlemen at it, all laughing and flirting. That didn't bother us until our needs were not being met.
Our drinks went empty with no one to refill, our food was hurriedly placed on our table while the waitresses head was obviously more interested in the table with the two gentlemen at it.
The older of the waitresses laughingly said "I have to teach these younger girls how to treat customers"
I suppose she is good at treating male customers only lol
After my freezer burnt steak was taken off my bill because I couldn't eat it, we observed numbers being exchanged between the waitresses and the two gentlemen leaving the table, we thought that was fairly inappropriate.
I felt bad for the other customers too, because they were being ignored also.
Picked up curbside and the waitress who brought my food was energetic and nice. She did forget to bring my lemonade, but still nice. Got home after a long day of work with no lunch, ready to eat our dinner and my husbands burger was still bright red on the inside, my chicken alfredo barely had ANY alfredo sauce and was so dry, and my boneless wings were burnt and tasted like ashes. Called and told the manager on duty tonight (10/7/22) and she gave me a $15 credit. I spent $60 on dinner that nobody even got to eat. Disgusting!! Will never be back.
Personally my experience the last 2 times wasn't good. The food is never cooked to standard. My wife's chicken had way too much salt that she couldn't even eat it. The waitress was friendly, but took her forever to give refills, they were busy though, but she was at our table once and our glasses were empty, and never offered refills until we asked. My steak was closer to raw than it was medium rare. My coleslaw was dry. The mashed potatoes were the best part of my entree. The best part of the whole meal was when my son offered me one of his cheese sticks. I tried a second time. Just not worth the time.
