July 16, 2020: inside seating was at 50%, shortened disposable menus, individually packaged plastic wear, food was tasty, had to ask for salt and water.
6/24/2022: 15 minute wait for 3 to sit and we missed the 1/2 priced appetizers window by 30 minutes. There were lots of empty seats. Food, service, and bathrooms were pretty good.
6/29/22 ~8:30pm it was so cold inside, my sweet bf went out to his truck to get me a T-shirt. The waitress and manager took care of our other needs.. Including gift cards to make up for my steak being dryer than I was wanting. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE????
9/27/22 ~4pm Was seated right away. We ordered the Bavarian pretzel bread sticks ($10 for 4). Totally worth it!! Coffee is $2.99 a cup (free refills).
6/30/23 ~8pm the food was good (I prefer Wendy's fries) but we could have walked out without paying because our waitress left us alone so long we felt like she must have left and went home. Plus there was a man at the bar that got loud a few times. It might be a while if we go back.
Food was good. Ordered the 2 for 25 deal. Ordered 1 each of the sizzle plates. One chicken and one steak. Very good. However we were all hungry, party of 6, and after being sat took about 20 minutes to have someone come and even take a beverage order. BUT food was excellent!
We had a bit of a wait before the waitress came over. We ordered our drinks and she forgot my husband's drink. We placed the order for food when she took his drink order a second time. A different server brought our appetizer out, i asked her for a tea i stead of water. The couple behind us ordered their drinks and had them while we were eating our app. The second server brought the tea quickly, and then our food came. Burgers were ok, pretty greasy though. The onions weren't caramelized very well. Bacon mac and cheese wasn't very cheesy, and I wouldn't go there for fries.
Also, she never offered us the drink specials. She was very sporadic when coming back to our table
Food was excellent, service was good but we won't be eating in anymore. It is always cold in there. Every person in there had their coats on. The lady next to us went to her car and got her heavy coat. You should be able to enjoy your meal without sitting there with a winter coat on. My husband who is seldom cold thought it was freezing in there also. I believe we're done with Applebee's as this wasn't the first time.
A great meal as always. I had balsamic chicken, excellent. Our waitperson Jaike is so nice, they are lucky to have him.
I ordered the 2 for $25.. Both meals were garlic butter steaks, with steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes.. Both meals had heaps of raw garlic thrown over them. I'm not sure who cooks there but here's a tip. Garlic needs to be cooked, sautéed, heated in some way. Both meals were inedible. Absolutely the worse food I've gotten in a long time.
Excellent from the greeter to the server. Awesome drinks , I had a margarita and baby ribs with sweet asian chile , my husband got a beer and bourban cajun chicken and shrimp. Delicious food and great drinks. 100% recommend, come over and enjoy.
Received gift cards for poor past experience tried to use but still had to pay 1.75 even though I had 5$ left on gift certificate. Also the front door woman needs to be ALOT more friendly! Also who sets a child in the bar area??? We asked to move because I can't sit in the high seats due to injury but come on! Also we were slightly embarrassed when they came and said they didn't know if they could take all 3 gift cards at once the table next to us started pointing and talking my son noticed and we were both embarrassed. I really don't think Applebee's and my family will work out I've tried several times hoping it would change but it is not. The managers involved did they jobs and were polite and professional, but I just don't believe we will be back. Simply cause it seems to have a bad outcome. I know some people love it there but just not our place
