This is a smaller Applebee's with the full menu. We came in at the tail end of the lunch rush on a weekend, so there was an unavoidable wait while the staff cleaned booths between customers. The restaurant was very clean for the tail end of a rush. The staff were very attentive and gave excellent service. Even though they were quite busy still, the food came in an acceptable amount of time. Our order was correct. The silverware was clean. The portions were appropriate to the price in a post covid world. The only valid criticism I could make about this place is that the spinach dip was a little thin... but I'm reaching for that and would order it again. I'd go back to this place without complaint.
Sarah B is the best! She is on top of her service and gives 100 percent! I've been here 2 times now and have been lucky enough to have her serve me! It's been an awesome experience both times! I definitely plan on coming back!
The food very disappointing, personnel didn't keep track what was available for dinner. Order full rack, advised 1/2 hour after order placed by manager they were out of ribs. Ordered rib eye then but delivered NY steak, mashed potatoes looked half old batch and new batch, coleslaw had more carrots than cabbage very disappointing, personnel was pleasant but not trained properly. Brought my husband's salad after twenty minutes of ordering, then when brought his steak had his broccoli on dish took over ten minutes to get his coleslaw. Waiter said it wasn't on shelf with meat plate yet, cooks were not on top of it making waiters looking incompetent. The waiter should of waited for the coleslaw and not serve separately, he was done with most of his meal by time I received my dinner.
Had the best steak with Alfredo sauce, melted cheese, garlic butter, and topped with fried onions. Amazing!! Gabriella, the waitress, was so fun helping us with all the menu selections, and Buddy the cook came out to our table to personally see how we liked the new steak dish. What GREAT service!!
Sarah B & Alexis did an excellent job. My quesadilla burger was super yummy and my wife loved her double crispy shrimp. Our waitstaff was patient with us and very nice. We will definitely be coming back soon
Ain’t been to a Applebees in dang near 20 years. My idiot boss made us eat dinner there 20 some nights in a row until we taught him about per diem. Nothings changed but stuff on the walls. Menus the same, servers, host, cook……..same. My chicken Caesar was pretty good. Our server Stephanie was the best. All in all not bad. Enjoy!
Great food, place was super busy with a bus before we got there. Had a lot of tables needed cleaned off but very understandable. The waitress that seated us had no personalty and never smiled ones while we were there. Observed her cleaning tables and she acted like she couldn't care less about her job. Everyone else was very good.
We walked out and said “Taco Bell or McDonald’s would’ve been a better choice” this was so bad, I try never to leave negative reviews. Drinks were horrible, food was disgusting and I had food safety concerns, service was slow and just horrid. At one point our server spilled a drink, and it sat there for 10 minutes at least. When we left the spilled drink hadn’t been cleaned, just rubbed around with a mop. The whole area was still so wet. Our apps and mains came out within 90 seconds of each other, we were never offered refills on soft drinks or water. We ordered a spinach artichoke dip, it died under the lamps and then sat there another 5 minutes. There plate it was served on had brown grease spots on it, like drippings from a steak. I’d love to give more info to ownership, I don’t even want coupons or reimbursement. You’re going to make someone sick.
