I was seated where I could see the TV. The food was full of flavor! The server was helpful, answered any questions I had and she checked back often enough to keep my drink replenished. The servings were generous. Afterwards I sat for a few moments before leaving. I was a very satisfied customer. Satisfied with the atmosphere, the service, the taste and the bill.
My sister and I enjoy shrimp and chicken nuggets. The restaurant seems busy so we went in right at opening. We were greeted very nice. We ordered the shrimp and nuggets the first plate of shrimp were very crisp. The nuggets however were very hard. We were there for an hour and a half and were able to order again but the food went to a different table. When we received the second plate the shrimp was very soggy and the nuggets were hard and the sauce looked like cheese sauce out of the can not even heated up. It seemed liked they were reheating the left overs from the night before.
I'm sure the the other items maybe very good but really was disappointed in the advertisement as "all you can eat". Two plates in a hour and a half was very disappointing. Won't recommend this establishment.

No, just no. Stopped in because we had gift cards to use up. Have not been impressed with this place from previous visits so I went with something safe, a burger. it was the saddest burger I have ever had. Dry and flavorless. Fries not so bad, I was able to request them with out the salty seasoning.
Food was okay, rib eye was pretty thin (claims to be a 12oz, not so sure), but cooked good and fair taste. My wife had crispy Chicken Wonton Tacos and said they we real good, but a little messy. Ask for extra napkins, ha ha. Service was great! Thank you, James. We will be back and I will try something else.
Hadn't been here in years. Service was excellent from start to finish, very attentive. The food came super fast well and was delicious
Second time coming here. First visit was bad, so I gave it a year and tried again. Here's what's wrong with this place.
Doors are zip tied open, one door doesn't even work. Does the owner not care about his business that you have to use zip ties just to keep your doors from locking?
Door greeter was sitting at a booth in the back. She may have a problem I don't know about, but the bartender had to tell her multiple times to get to the door.
I did notice the manager in a back corner booth, getting her hair braided by another worker for at least 20 minutes. I didn't know this was a hair salon. Should've gotten my beard braided while we were waiting for our food.
Server was okay. He was training someone tonight, when they entered in an Adios for my drink for the bartender, they made it "lit" meaning fireball was added. I don't care for the cinnamon flavor in that drink. Didn't even drink it. Server did not even ask if we wanted to speak to a manager, nor did he knock off any discount on the food and drink. I don't care about a discount, but at least get stuff right.
When food came out, it was cold. I received soggy fries once again like I did before. Burger was lukewarm, like it was sitting in a fridge after they cooked it. I ordered the "whole lotta bacon burger". It was missing the bacon jam on the burger and I had to ask for it. The server did replace my fries with a half order of "fresh and hot" fries. Also brought out a lil container of the bacon jam for me to put it on myself. My wife ordered the pretzels, the pretzels and the cheese dipping sauce were cold.
Something definitely needs to change at this Applebee's. It all starts with management and works it's way down. You definitely can tell with the atmosphere in there no one wanted to work or be there. I hope others don't have to deal with these experiences I have at this Applebee's. Heck, I have now put Wendy's and HuHot on Collins Road better than this place.
Absolutely worst dinning experience of my life. Oh wait, I can’t even say that, because we didn’t get to eat… we got sat and no one spoke to us for 15 minutes. I’ve never walked out of a restaurant before until tonight. The waiter took the order of the couple that sat right next to us after they got sat 10 minutes after we did, and then he want back to bussing tables around us but not once spoke to us. We went tonight 3-18-2024 at 7:20. Never going to this location again, and that’s said, because it was once one of my favorites… pathetically run organization.
Very nice experience, food was great and came out at perfect times. Our waitress Sarah B. was very friendly, check on us at all the right moments, and made us feel welcomed. First time there and would definitely eat here again.
