Every time I go to Applebee's, I am underwhelmed. The food is mediocre and so is the service and atmosphere. This time, I went with my sister and we sat at the bar where there was a constant stream of cold air from the door opening. We only ordered appetizers to share. We had the Chicken wonton tacos and Boneless buffalo wings. I also ordered a side salad. It was plenty of food for both of us.
I must say the food was delicious after I had to correct my own "carside" meal. First, I wasn't able to easily order my meal through they're app due to not being able to put instructions, as simple as sauce on side. Once I got to location to pick up my order, My sauce on my riblettes wasnt on the side like i order through the phine with debby from this location. Then, they forgot my celery on my boneless wings appetizer. And Zach decided to.fome out with 3 pc of celery. Due to the inconvenience i should have been given more. What should have been done was a supervisor should had came out and explain the mix up and consider some form of discount or coupon to keep ME, as the paying customer from experiencing a bad experience with Apples bee. All I say is better customer service would have gotten you a long way. Do better!
10/21/23 update: 2 for $32.00
2022: Appetizer sampler was not hot, but tasted OK. Did tell our server, she did ask if we wanted something else (we declined), and she did inform us $10 was taken off the bill when she gave us our slip, but she was inattentive. Never asked if we wanted water refills and had to ask another server to find our server so we could pay our bill. We had arrived at 11:30 am and it was a little busy, but not enough for her indifference.
8/27/23 update: Had 2 for $28 + paid $2 extra for 2 sides instead of fries. Spinach artichoke dip was hot (included in 2 for deal), but food was only warm, not hot. Also, too many salty seasonings that make one thirsty. Donate $5 & get a $5 bonus card that is good until October 29,2023.
I recently ordered food online, and I must say, the experience was seamless from start to finish. Placing the order online was a breeze, thanks to their user-friendly app. What truly impressed me was the lightning-fast service. As soon as I pulled into the designated to-go parking spot, the staff was already at my car door with the order in hand – talk about efficiency! The food was piping hot, indicating its freshness and the attention to detail in preparation. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the convenience and speed of my experience. Highly recommended for those seeking a hassle-free dining experience!"

It was delicious... our waitress Tara was awesome!
Ordered the four cheese mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders. The mac and cheese was cold and watery. The tenders were dry, overcooked, and flavorless. The deserts were good, and probably the best part of our visit.
The utensils and glasses looked disgusting and were definitely not clean. The waitress was friendly, but we waited quite some time in between interactions even though the place was fairly empty.
Very disappointing overall, would not recommend.
Lots of the usual appetizer options and still offering 1/2 price appetizers late night. Food was average but server was friendly.
