I ordered takeout our from here. I asked for the Steak and +$1 Shrimp combo. I asked for medium. I got it more on the rare side. Good thing I'm a big meat connoisseur or else I'd be pretty upset. The caramelized onions were cut chunky slices so it didn't get to actually caramelize, or whoever cooked it rushed it. I did think the steak was pretty flavorful. Ended it off with brownie, ice cream, fudge. I thought the packaging was exceptional. Is there room for improvement? Yes. Am I absolutely turned away? Not completely.
Lizzy was a very friendly waitress and on top of everything. I had a southwest chicken bowl and it was very tasty and filling. But definitely get the sauce on the side, it’s spicy! Good thing Lizzy told me about that ahead of time lol. A very satisfying experience. I’ll definitely be back!
I had the best experience at Applebees west! Eric was my bartender and he was always making sure I had what I needed, my drink wasn’t empty and he just talked to me like a true friend! Such a loving atmosphere! Albert was so great to me too! Great people. Great service. Great restaurant!
I was in the mood for some Onion soup. It was delicious and amazing. I was going to take a picture before I eat it. But it looks so good.

We had an amazing time tonight! We sat at the bar and Andy the bartender was amazing, was always making sure I had a drink and front of me and overall it was spot on service!
UPDATE: AFTER TALKING WITH "CORPORATE" THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND ME A $25 CERTIFICATE... SUPPOSEDLY THEY SENT IT TWICE I NEVER RECEIVED IT ONCE! The waitress got the order wrong didn't even bother writing it all down, "oh I got it" she says...brought one meal out 10-15 minutes before the other two meals. When she brought the "whole lotta bacon burger" out had only two pieces of bacon on it, with extra toppings I asked for them not to be on the burger, missing toppings I asked for, then brings out a packs of mayo like a fast-food restaurant.
Absolutely amazing service Albert was hilarious and made our whole visit I couldn’t stop smiling the whole time and he made my day he deserves 10 raises and to knock this competition out of the park
Food was hot and good as always. Floors were not swept, lots of trash and food all over and the bathrooms were dirty. Didn't buy the waitstaff's excuse that they were "so busy, " especially with a TON of open tables during the dinner service. Hope they can fix their staffing issues soon.
