Taking a family out to eat is now an investment given inflation. Unfortunately the experience my family and I had last night was terrible. The food tasted like it was taken out of the trash and I mean that literally. It was hard, cold and stale. It was old and dried out. Of the four entrees we ordered only one person was able to eat and that was a cheeseburger. They were unable to eat the fries because the were over salted and we’re not being picky here. I didn’t complain because we didn’t want a credit or to eat anything else out of that kitchen which given the quality of food must be a health hazard. We won’t be returning. Do not spend your money here.
Visited from out of town, sat outside. We had a couple of servers (assuming one was training?) Both were super friendly & helpful, I think we were forgotten at one point. Got the Mac & cheese with the chicken (2/$33!) And the lack of sauce was crazy, not just on the chicken but noodles as well, was very disappointed in that for the price.
(One thing I really didn't enjoy was the man who showed up while we were eating, got out of his car & whipped his canoodle out & took a pee in the parking lot!! His stream made a big area wet & his car was smashed all up, sad.)
Unfortunately, a completely bad experience. Together my family visited this restaurant and being 10 people, the experience was terrible. We ordered 2 for 25, a side of Caesar salad and another side of house salad. The Caesar salad arrived with wilted leaves and no croutons with minimal Parmesan cheese. Once the waiter was informed, he proceeded to replace it with a house salad which had been returned by another table untouched, according to his own words. When the main dishes arrived, my burger arrived without cheese, being a classic cheeseburger, and the meat was well done. Once the waiter was informed, he brought another completely cold burger in less than five minutes. The bathroom was all dirty and had a bad smell. The food is completely tasteless and one of the worst burgers I have ever eaten. The truth is a horrible experience, with bad food. Nothing to the standards of a bill of more than $200 USD
Ridiculous service, waited 10 minutes to be seated on an empty restaurant, when they finally seated me. They seated a family that arrived after me right next to me, the same waiter that seated both parties took the second order ahead of mine.
Sorry this is not service, very frustrated.
They were very short-staffed during our visit but they did not skimp on their service. Great personalities working here, especially Hannah ????????✨️ I honestly didn't enjoy my salmon that much, kinda tasted like the grill. The chicken wonton tacos were great as usual.
Service was great, food was awesome and tasty! Will definitely be coming back! Love the 2-4-1 drink deals & management comes around to make sure everyone there has a good experience which we love to see!
Went to this Applebee's today for a late lunch / early dinner. Food was good, service was great. A good server makes all the difference in the world when it comes to chain restaurants. This was a great experience. My only issue was a straw that was sealed a one end. I posted several pictures from many angles so you can see the fun straw. I could not use the straw no matter how hard I tried. I managed to drink my tea without a straw. I posted a photo of the empty glass too. ????
I ordered the riblets, and they were burnt, then got the honey chicken mac and cheese, and the chicken was raw. The server was more worried about the table next to us and hardly paid any attention to us. It was the worst place i have ever been to. Will not go back ever.
