Arranged airport transfer, confirmed the night before. The morning of Arsen said he got stuck at a gate entering our neighborhood. He apparently just left upon reaching the gate and has ignored all subsequent calls and texts from 2 different numbers. We just drove to the airport. Whatever his reasoning, it would have been nice if he communicated it with us. I would recommend choosing another transportation company.
Arsen did our airport departure and arrival transports with 7 people and lots of luggage. He arrived early, assisted with our luggage and provided us a safe and efficient trip. I appreciated his kindness and quick responses to my requests. Highly recommend and will use again in the future!
We had an amazing experience with Apex Transportation for taking the 6 of us to the Cardinals game and bringing us back! Arsen was on time and made it easy for us to navigate through a hectic crowd after the game as well, he was very attentive and I will definitely use them again! Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Apex Transportation. I went to St. Louis for a conference, and Arsen Babayan picked me up from the airport and he waited for me at the baggage claim. He’s very professional, communicates well, came early, and is a safe driver. Most reliable transportation service I have ever had! My wife had a wonderful experience with Mr. Arden and apex Transportation services by setting up the ride he was prompt on arrival. He was very helpful with getting my luggage from the house and into the car also he gave my wife a courtesy call the night before to confirmed my trip and time. The experience was phenomenal it exceeded my expectations. The car was immaculate there wasn't a spec of dirt or dust. The car was very spacious inside. I would extremely recommend this service to anyone. I would definitely ride with Apex again.

I highly recommend Apex Transportation. Arsen provides a very comfortable, pleasant ride. In addition to being courteous and friendly, he is an excellent driver, on time, and responsive.
