We came from Chicago to see the eclipse and we were super hungry afterwards. This place popped on our radar and had good reviews. So we went for it. Place is cute, but the TVs were both on and while we waited for our food to go we got annoyed by how loud the TVs were and they were echoing.
The cashier, she didn’t look friendly nor interested in taking our order. Then when we payed they charged us an extra $7 !!!!!! We asked for a receipt and asked her why they charged us $7 and she didn’t know what to say and blamed “the new system” and she didn’t even know how to fix it not care to make up for it or give it back. The 3 of us just looked at each other like uhm….. I mean $7 dollars for card fees is insane!!
The food there was pretty good. Milanesas torta was good, bean and rice was good, arrachera was good, mole enchiladas were decent. Overall the food was good 8/10
Wasn't thrilled. It was so hot inside. They don't substitute anything or will the add it to the dish you have to pay for a whole other dish it really wasn't worth the price that I paid. There was an ok amount of food. The tortillas for the taco birrias were burnt and auper hard and i didnt like them at all. Daughter got supreme burrito she said it was edible and my other daughter wanted a shrimp quesadilla but bc we couldnt add shrimp to thw quesadilla she gor the garlic shrimp plate and the man got what he thought was tacos when they was really flautas We won't be back
Oh so Yummy! They are so friendly, and can speak English. They also have English menus if needed. :) Loved the green salsa too!
Very comfortable place to eat with your spouse or family !
We gave this place many opportunites but we def won’t be back. We always have to ask for napkins, straws. The people working just assist you until your food is ready and never come back to ask if everything is alright. The food is okay, alright we could say. Just save yourself a visit. Oh and can’t forget the smell of the bathrooms, you can smell it all the way in the dining area. No place to change babies. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and they need so much more improvement.
Wow pleasantly surprised by this little restaurant. They make their bread fresh every day for the cemitas. Their top shelf margaritas were very delicious and the refried beans are also made fresh and actually have great flavor. I'm super impressed and will definitely be going back to try more menu items ????
Very authentic Mexican food good service and clean atmosphere
This restaurant,I can't put into words how good my favorite dish of theirs is. Their Caldo De Cameron (Shrimp Soup) I am pretty positive that this is their staple meal for this restaurant you can go in here and see about a 3rd or half the restaurant ordering the same dish. Their service is by far nothing special. The atmosphere is par at best. But This specific soup they sell is so good I have considered kidnapping their cooks to get the special recipe. I've even had multiple women try to duplicate this exact Soup. Also they are very overpriced but the quality is very very decent just not price worthy, but I don't care when it comes to the recipe for this shrimp soup they can take my money.
