Best KPortal Reviews
Savory dishes were delicious, well-seasoned. The hashbrowns were cooked perfectly crisp! But dessert dishes like the crepes and pancakes were horrible. Crepes tasted really wet (texture is like an overcooked noodle) and pancakes were flat and tasteless.
This place has a solid atmosphere, and the fruit is very fresh! We had five (5) people no reservation and they were really busy, but they were still able to accommodate us no issue
This is my first time visiting Annie's and the French toast was AMAZING!! The Butcher Skillet was great and everything was fresh!! The food overall was excellent and Veronica was a great server!! The environment was clean and even though it looked pretty full, the noise level was at a minimum. The staff were on point and very attentive.
Food is good. Great selection of options. It's fun that they have live music on Friday and Saturday nights.
Everything was very good! Only reason I didn't give it 5 for atmosphere, is it was just loud. It was hard to talk at times.
Food is delicious and clean and cozy place, nice people, good ambiance..
Annie’s Restaurant is okay. The service is great and you can easily tell that this is a family owned buisness which I love to support
I ordered the the lumberjack skillet and blueberry pancakes
As you can tell from the photos, the bottom pancake was burnt and covered by the well done pancake. The pancakes in general were a bit rubber like, not fluffy. Reminds me of a continental breakfast pancake you’d get at a hotel lobby. Rated 5/10
The skillet was just ok as well. The potatoes were the worst part of the skillet. The potatoes where stale and seemed to be either made day ago since they where far from fresh or reheated multiple times. The cheese on the skillet was too much for my taste, very overpowering flavor and texture. The corn beef hash tasted like it came out of a can. I was expecting home made corned beef.
Rated 5.5/10
I do have to say, when the waiter noticed that I was not happy with the pancakes she asked me if there is anything else I’d want in substitute to the burnt pancake. I asked for bread and was very happy the the problem was fixed.
Overall, Annie’s Restaurant was good affordable food with great service. I would love to see improvements done in the kitchen. That’s the most important part of a successful restaurant. I most likely won’t be coming back here again but I wouldn’t shut this place down due to my review. You should come find out for yourself and see if this restaurant is right for you. Everyone has different tastes and opinions, the only way to find out if it’s for you is by trying yourself
I'm torn on this one. Do I give them a mediocre review and not encourage more people to eat here (then there may not be a line/ wait to get in when we go) No. That would be selfish!!
Bring your biggest appetite to Briana's! The portions are enormous (which , they downplay very well). Country fried steak smothered in sausage gravy? (tear, you had me at hello!) Stuffed strawberry french toast? YES, PLEASE!! Everything was awesome, including, the minimum amount of money that was exchanged for the bountiful feast & wonderful service!!!
