Great stop off point for us travelling from South lakeland to Glasgow. Coffee ☕️ and toilet stop plenty of places to eat and drink. Lovely clean services with a great little lake by it. Stretch your legs for a little walk around. ????♂️
Corniche pasty shop is amazing. Roadchef Wifi did not work and macdonakds wifi was very weak and took ages to log into. The cleaner looked like she has lost the will to live.
Super busy spot. It is good. Good bathrooms. To me, it's that much crowded because of McDonald's. To any end, beautiful place. There's some swans in the area. Including the main road. So, be careful. They have shower as well, thank you.
Can be very busy, but well maintained and there's great outside space including a lake you can walk round. Very handy for walking off your Maccy D's!

This is a pretty good motorway service stop! Large and spacious so can (hopefully) entertain large groups easily. Choice of McDonald's, Cornish Bakery, Costa, Chinese noodles for food/drinks. And there's also a WHSmith here. Plus side is that if the weather is good, there's a lovely pond next door (outdoor seating is available too). Everything was clean and well looked after.
Plenty of choices of food and refreshments. Great stopping place on your journey. With a nice view.
Services clean + quiet on this occasion, very few people. Assume snow kept a lot from travelling. Frozen lake but still a lovely view. McDonalds can still get an order wrong, twice - tho pleasant chap corrected himself.
Yes, you're seeing correctly, 4 stars for a motorway services. It was clean, the air smelled fresh & more importantly the food & drink on sale was at regular shop prices & not at the hyperinflation prices we all see in England service stations. And there's the clue...this place is in Scotland. The staff were very friendly also. I didn't get fuel so can't comment on those prices. Stopped here on the way in & out of Scotland. There were a lot of geese wandering about the car parks, that apparently frequent the place, so please be aware of that & drive carefully here.
