This was my first time eating here. I ordered a large Stromboli and was amazed at how big it was. I was thinking around 12 inches but it was way bigger, and loaded with what toppings were ordered. Now i see why people recommend them; I will definitely be going back.
This is a great Italian restaurant!
We love their subs, the meatball sub is delicious. The meatballs are tender and the sauce so good! I love Italian subs and theirs is one of the best I've had! We tried their pepperoni and sausage pizza the other night and wow it was excellent. Very generous with the toppings, it was a big pie with huge slices! The lady at the counter is so sweet! I can't wait to go back!!!
We really liked the pizza that we had here. Murals on the walls were nice. The seat yourself sign is too far inside the building when you go in. I was not impressed that the wait staff was sitting down eating their meals as well as waiting on tables during bites. I understand that people have break, but feel break should be separated from work time. The open kitchen where you can see your pizza being made, the dough being tossed, and watch the staff put the pizza in the oven was amazing and a nice break from the big pizza chain stores. They really sell the sizzle with this. The wait staff was polite and courteous as well as being timely on getting food and drinks to us. I liked the atmosphere here, that this is a local eatery where everyone knows everyone, and it feels like a real community gathering place. I would recommend that anyone in the area stop in and have some food.
The food was ok for the price. Not anything to brag about. If you want to have your meal in a clean atmosphere this is not it. We first entered and went to wash our hands and the bathroom was disgusting. There was a puddle of pee in front of the ladies only toilet. I thought maybe it was the toilet leaking but that was not the case. However the toilet was constantly running. I would have said something to someone but as I was walking out the check off sheet on the back of the door stated the bathroom had not been cleaned for 3 weeks prior so I then realized I would be wasting my time. I have seen cleaner bathrooms in a 7-11. I definitely don't want to see the kitchen. I wanted to leave right then but my husband had ordered drinks and an app already. So I said I would try it one time anyway. We ordered subs and my daughter had the pizza. Food was ok. Around a 3. Service was lacking and cleanliness definitely was not an option anywhere in eyesight. To each their own. Not my cup of tea.
Check your food before you leave. Don’t order 45 min before they close, they will give u wrong food and then not answer when u get over charged for food. I have been going here for years n the food is good but it’s a hit or miss here.
Best NY style pizza in the area. Subs, salads, stromboli, and their other dishes are also worth having. It is one of my favorite places.
Once again ordered pizza. When I got home found it nothing but dough.

Stopped here on our trip from Indiana. Couple of things.....
Wait staff was super helpful.
Bread sticks with cheese was delicious.
Food was super yummy. Highly recommend.
