Ann came in and started my hair, she is very pleasant and asks if your hair is too tight . I ordered passion twists. Ann did more than half and asked one of the girls to finish it. Well, she didn’t want to do it so she pulled and yanked my head back and forth until I told her to stop. Ann completed the hair; but three days later my twists were unraveling and coming apart I threw $260 down the toilet including tip. I was apprehensive about going but after reading the reviews, I decided to go and she could take me on Easter Monday morning. All reviews and all pictures aren’t always what they seem. My picture isn’t there because it was a mess! I did better myself but thought I would have a professional do it because it would take less time. Well, that went to Hell. I’m a school teacher and Preacher I I had to go to school and sit in the pulpit at church looking like this. I was very disappointed ????. I took it out, that’s how bad it turned out and I know how to take care of hair dos.
It’s the little things that count , thank you ann and Anna was a great assistant !! Ann had showed consistency with being on time , fast and reliable.
This salon is Fast and Reliable , I’m always out within a few hours . Both Ladies were very sweet , professional and did an amazing job . Will definitely be back for a third time !!!!
I received crochet locs on October 7th, 2023. By October 18th locs began to unravel. I was so annoyed because I’m a truck driver so I don’t have much time to stop. The back was so tight but the front is where I’m losing locs. Almost like she started getting tired towards the end of doing my hair. Thus far I’ve had three locs come undone and I haven’t even greased my scalp. I would not recommend coming here for crochet locs. Not to mention the girl kept trying to deranged my hair with a comb your suppose to part with lol.
I called Ann yesterday and she was able to take me as a walk in. I arrived at 4:45, was in the chair within twenty minutes and she started my hair. I was in my car by 8:30PM and my hair looks great Ann is professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and was attentive while braiding my hair. I will definitely go back and recommend this braiding salon!
NASTY, NASTY, NASTY. Ann was late for the appointment. I had to wait outside in front of the shop until she arrived. She never apologized for her lateness. Ann used a nasty very HOT brush blow dryer with other client's hair in it to straighten my hair before braiding it and continued to use the same dirty brush on another client and the client's daughter hair. She was so busy constantly talking on her cellphone that she dropped the comb she was using to part my hair on the floor and only changed combs because I insisted. She never stopped talking on that nasty cellphone the entire appointment. She NEVER washed her hands. Very unprofessional, LOUD talking, twerking, laughing and joking with the other braider and other customers. I WILL NOT RETURN!!!
My sister and I had a good experience however when we asked one of the workers if they had the colors that we wanted she went to the back and checked and came back saying they don’t have 2 of the colors but have one. Later on she found out that they actually had our colors. We also noticed that when the worker approached us she immediately had an attitude when we were respectfully telling her how we wanted our braids to be done. I don’t know why when another customer asked for those hair colors they checked carefully for her and we also called the owner and she said she had the colors which is why we were so confused.
I liked my first experience at this shop. Ann was professional and she made sure to do my hair exactly how I wanted it. I was a little skeptical at first because I never been to this braiding shop, but Ann made me feel comfortable. I love my Senegalese twist????. I will be going back to this shop in the future
