Love this place! My family orders Sunday Desi breakfast of poori halwa from here and it’s amazing. Food was amazing, fresh, well prepared, catering for every taste as it wasn't over the top with oil and spices, just perfect. Would definitely recommend ????
This is a review focused just on their "meat" samosas. As you can see from the pictures, they are in fact just mashed potatoes and peas. Looking for the keema is like searching for Where's Wally. All jokes a side, the place is usually really good but this has let me down. False advertising in my opinion.
Was recommended to try this place and yes it was definitely desi.
Staff look miserable and need to smile but they were polite enough.
Food was amazing, fresh, well prepared, catering for every taste as it wasn't over the top with oil and spices, just perfect.
Huge selection to choose from and very clean place to eat inside.
Price wise very exceptional as you get your money's worth.
Highly recommended and pass the message on.
Since Feb 2024 lot of complaints from people. Starting to slide !! Go Nafees instead round corner. Their sweets better! And food. Also if they call their small slim round kebabs Chapli kebabs.! They are mistaken!! They much bigger & round!
Delicious Pakistani sweets served here! Whatever the occasion, Anmol Sweet House will have you covered. Their box of mitai (sweets) are really good and perfect for that special occasion. The staff are super friendly and very hardworking. The shop is located in a prime location and the prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend 10/10
Went on Eid Day ordered 3x 1kg boxes , the price on the menu board specifically said £12 per kg but got charged £42.
When I asked the server behind the counter why the price increase he said I gave you special stuff !!! What a lame excuse and pathetic way to rip customers off.
Never going to go back there again. ????????????
Went for traditional pakistani breakfast, we ordered a Chana, Halwa & Puris with karak chai and also not forgetting Nihari. Food was OK nothing to rave about, service was really disappointing. Guy wasn't taking a note of our order and getting mixed up with someone else's order, obviously multi tasking wasn't his thing. Then when it came to paying it was a mission better places to go on Wilmslow road.
My wife bought 8 “meat” samosas
Gets home and bit one.. “oh babe, these are bloody veg “
Her “ no babe , Kasamay I ordered meat”
Closer inspection had around 3% meat ground together in the 90% potato mush.
I will be complaining to trading standards because this its Pakistan were you can rip people off. Theirs laws in the country in order to stop rouge businesses like this.
