Absolutely love this shop can bring my dogs in while I go in there to look for toys or treats for them & they always ask their named & stroke em. Plus they're very helpful when I ask questions about anything I query about my pets they r clued up & gave me awesome answers about my concerns. Love this pet shop it's always been my go to for years now haven't used any other pet shop & now my son goes there for his dogs every week without fault. Really recommend this shop to anyone massive thumbs-up ????????

Absolutely abysmal attitude from the 'lady' working there. Had gone to return a faulty item and the service I received was anything but acceptable. I was polite throughout, so being brashly told 'Don't shop here again, go elsewhere' is not how I expect paying customers being treated by a small local business, especially in current times. Shocking service, avoid like the plague and spend your hard earned money somewhere where they actually deserve your custom!
I am new to the area and this store is on my road. The customer service here is second to none. Upon arrival (I believe the owner) was very friendly and inviting, & so helpful when my 4 year old started asking questions, he took us round the store & entertained my daughter whilst she wanted to tell him all about our pets. I will definitely be a returning customer. 5 Stars and a big thumbs up :)
Very good. Has almost everything you need for most pets. All but one of the staff are extreme helpful and courteous. The one that isn't just stands there reading her newspaper and barely glances at the customer while taking their money. She clearly can not wait to sell up and retire.
I use this pet store weekly, as it offers a friendly service, good knowledge of products and good value for money.
