Angel’s Salon is lovely, and full of professional artists, both for hair and skin. Angel herself is my go-to hairdresser, and I love not only her skill but her honesty… A year ago I came to her with short hair (which doesn’t suit me), and she asked me what I wanted, made some suggestions, cleaned up my haircut a little bit, and told me to come back in 4 to 5 months. I found her candor and honesty refreshing; she could’ve charged me for a full haircut, but didn’t. I like, too, that she educates me as to different ways to style my hair. I live a two-hour round-trip away from her salon, and it’s worth it for me to make the trip.
Today I had the absolute pleasure of getting my hair cut by Angel. I have never left a hair salon happier! I have been to many hair stylists in the past and asked for the same cut, a few inches off the length with lots of layers. Other hairstylists are always in awe by how full and thick my hair is and seem to almost be afraid to cut too much of my hair. Not Angel! She nodded with confidence and soon, piles of hair began to accumulate on the floor. It was as if pounds of hair were finally lifted off my shoulders and carved into the most beautiful layers I have ever seen! She is amazingly talented, and didn't charge me extra for being blessed with long, thick hair like every other stylist has done in Sacramento. Needless to say, I will be back. Thanks Angel!
I found this salon from my gym advertisement. Took awhile but I finally made an appt. I haven’t cut my hair since having my 2YO son. I was booked with Angel, and she did not disappoint. Even my husband loved my new haircut. I went in the following week for a color; and once again, Angel did an amazing job. I am very satisfied with my new look and the services as well. Angel is very hardworking and she worked diligently on my hair. The service was good. The ladies in there work very hard. I now have a great place to go to for any hair or facial needs. They also have a full line up of facial services too! That’s awesome! Thanks Angel!
Angel and Rahanna are amazing they provide so many services here at the salon. I am in love with the environment and the decor it is so beautiful in their salon. I love getting facials, and makeup services by Rahanna she is a pro. I love getting hairstyles by Angel she absolutely rocks any style that you need she can make it happen!!
Angel is such an experienced hair stylist! I was looking for 2 years for someone who I could trust to add blonde highlights from my dark brown colored hair, as I had a previous nightmare experience about 10 years ago. So glad I went with my gut, and came here. This lady has talent and knowledge. My hair looks more healthier than it was before, and if you see my picture...this is just the 1st highlight in 1 sitting session from dark hair! Angel, is a dark hair and blonde specialist, and does the best blow outs! 15 years of experience! Cute salon, and location! Parking wasn't an issue. She has 1 free parking right in front, and a garage around the corner. Across from Sheraton Hotel. Serves complimentary coffee/tea/water. Has a receptionist. I would rate her her 10 stars if I could! I was scared to come to Downtown from Natomas due to traffic and parking, but I was only kidding myself. I usually don't write much reviews, and if so, not long ones...Angel's Salon & Spa totally deserved to be acknowledged!
I’ve been going to Angel for about 18 years and she has never once let me down in the hairstyles I’ve always wanted. She would go above and beyond to achieve what the customer wants. She’s very fastidious with her work she makes sure she gets it right the first time! Which I love! Rahanna is a very talented unique stylist you will become best friends with her before you know it. Her personality makes you want to come back and never leave. Her work is the same she has great makeup & hair skills. These two working side by side will make everything you envisioned come to life. I live in VA and I take trips to California just to get my hair done by these two talented ladies.
I scheduled an appointment for my wife a week ago and they called me 45 mins before her appt to change it to 6 pm. Poor time management.
I showed a photo and and the girl doing my hair did SO good it's very beautiful it looks identical to the photo ????
