I phoned for a quote for fitting a part to my car, a part that I had already bought (a brand-new part, not refurbished or from a breakers - came with 2 year unlimited milage guarantee). My mechanic had told me what was wrong and what to buy. Unfortunately, he was then not going to be available to fit if for some time.
I need the car running sooner rather than later, so I gave this garage a call. I was told; "we don't do that".
'Company policy' is that if you supply the part, they won’t fit it. Extraordinary! I have never heard such nonsense from a non-franchised garage.
They only fit the parts that THEY supply (even if you buy genuine VW/Audi parts). Read into that what you will.
Oh, and you only get a 6-month guarantee! (The part, according to VW/Audi, is meant to last at least 80k miles.)
I do not trust this company and certainly will not be darkening their doorstep under any circumstances.

Fitted new clutch in good time, Very reliable, good prices, will definateky be back with any future car repairs,
Went back few months later for M. O. T, very trustworthy,dealing with some garages, being female makes me anxious but not here, very reliable and prices are good, will always be returning here.
Have visited Andy the last few occasions for work to be done on my Volkswagen Passat and have been very happy with the service on each occasion. The team are very knowledgeable and always give options on how best to approach any issue that is found and at a very reasonable price.
