My son and I ate lunch at andaluz restaurant today. It was horrible! The server was nice and the coffee was good however this was the worst Mexican food I have ever tasted! We both ordered the nachos. Considering this was a Mexican family restaurant we were not expecting fake cheese sauce, soggy chips, what tasted like day-old meat and lacked lettuce and tomatoes. We could have gotten better at the local Serve Yourself truck stop. Even the coke my son ordered tasted like it was mixed with nasty water. The whole meal was horrible! We will never do business with this restaurant again. We were both very disappointed.
Great place, the food delicious, my husband had a marisco soup.
The girls were very nice and attentive.
I had The absolute BEST Birria I've Ever had! I had the combo so it was on a plate with beans and rice. Afterwards I really wished I had the bowl so it was in the sauce. I can hardly describe to you how amazing it was. This place has a dance hall at night vibe and the chairs and tables are all removable so they can have live music and party at night! The staff was polite and professional, they were very friendly. I also had a shot of tequila and a beer. I will definitely return if or when I'm in the area. Also be aware if you ask for a more spicy salsa they Will oblige! And it Will be Spicy!
My friend and I are petite women with smaller appetites. We stopped here for lunch on a road trip north. We asked the waitress if we could order from the kids menu, and she said “yes”. So we each ordered a kids’ enchilada with rice and beans. She returned later to ask if we wanted only an enchilada, or a combo. We said again that we wanted the kids’ plate. When she returned again with the food, she brought adult sized plates, and when asked by us why, she said that the chef would not give us kids’ plates after all. And, she said that the kids’ plates don’t come with rice and beans, but the menu clearly stated that they do. We felt that this was very poor communication and a kind of bait and switch by Andaluz. The food was just okay after all of this and we could eat only half. My rice was even cold. Go here only if you want to be misled. They charged us the full, adult price to top it all off. Feeling cheated.
Andaluz Quesabirrias are the best ! You can taste the difference from others. Real authentic flavor made with homemade corn tortillas. Heads up! Wednesday’s is all day special Quesabirria combo. I will visit again soon after work and enjoy some happy hour drinks
Delicious, ????reasonable priced and easy to get to even with a commercial vehicle right off the main highway. Very friendly staff.
One of those places with a rather large menu that still makes everything taste delicious. A jack of all trades and a master of everything if you will. Drinks are great as well and the menu is equally large. I here about as often as I can.
I loved the food, it's just too much for me, my husband ate it for me, we would gladly return
