If I could give more stars I would! I needed a new hair salon and am so happy I found Anastasia! I found them on google and called about same day appointments/walk ins and was able to be in a chair an hour later. Unfortunately,my stylist Jennifer and I had a language barrier issue but with the help from the front desk lady (may have been owner)was able to translate what I wanted with her. Jennifer surpassed my expectations and gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had! I went with a big chop as well as a completely different style to include curtain bangs, so plenty of opportunities to get things wrong. I will definitely be returning in the future for all of my hair needs.
Recently had my hair done and omg it came out great. In love with the place and the great customer service will for sure be going back. Definitely recommended!
Feels like I’m in the 90s when I enter this place. It’s a bit dated and they offer old school service. No appointment needed, just walk in and wait for someone to be available. The staff is mostly nice and welcoming. They have old magazines and books to entertain yourself while you wait. I’ve gotten a blowout and my husband got a haircut. Prices are reasonable.
I’m new to the area and thought I’d give this salon a try. I’m glad I did! After reading many reviews that recommended Celia, that’s who I’ve now booked with twice already. She is really wonderful at what she does and she makes sure not only the work is perfect but that you are also happy!! She really takes her time and I was really impressed with the haircut (long layers) because it took some time and she was never rushed!! Today I requested the same haircut and my color to be refreshed. I absolutely love it ???? The cut, color and style is just perfect!! I also brought my daughter back for her haircut from Celia! Beautiful!! Muy Bueno!! Perfecto!!
I had another place cancel on me because they had a sick child. I sympathize with that, but it was my only day off and my roots needed to be touched up. I got very lucky that I found Anastasia Hair Salon on the internet and they had an opening. I got Celia, and she was great. The shop was very friendly, with good vibes between all the staff and customers that were there. I was greeted professionally and enjoyed friendly talk with one of the owners before Celia took me back. I had low lights done and my grey roots touched up. Even got my eyebrows shaped and tinted. I made my next appointment as I was checking out. So glad I found this place, very close to home and did not disappoint. ????????
Celine did a fantastic job on my mop! It was a mop when I walked in... not when I left ????I've had the same stylist for 28 years but recently moved. and was petrified to get my hair cut...not anymore. Celine, THANK YOU
First I must mention that I went to the salon at Ulta in New Caney that morning and had a very poor excuse of a consultation there, lets just say the experience at Ulta was "not great" as the staff was all over the place. The top master colorist/stylist at Ultas salon told me it was going to be $300 to color-correct, treat and condition my hair and that price wasn't including the cost of the color service, cut or styling. Also anything over an hour was $50 per half-hour or something to that affect. Uh, are they on drugs or just plain crazy? Um, No Thank you....I called Anastasia's salon as I sat in my car in the Ulta parking lot and asked if anyone was available to color, cut and style my hair, I explained I was hoping to be seen same-day. I popped into Anastasias Hair & Beauty Salon 30 minutes later.. when I walked into Anastasia's Hair & Beauty salon, I was greeted albeit acknowledged within seconds even though everyone was busy and working with clients they kindly took the time to welcome me and asked what services I was interested in, Celia must have recognized my voice from the call earlier and let me know it would be a few minutes as she was working with a client. ???? This is excellent customer service, Ulta should take notes. Celia colored, cut and styled my hair. Celia is a true hair angel! ???? She knows what she is doing and actually listened to my ideas which made me feel so, so comfortable. She did an amazing job bringing my hair back to life and I am so extremely happy with my experience and hair results under her care. Celia intently listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for; the results were magnificent. My hair looks and feels so healthy and the cost was reasonable at under $100. The layers where spot on and exactly how I wanted them. I will be back ????. Thank you Celia you did an amazing job, I trust your expertise and will bring my daughter in for hair service soon.
Reasonable prices and good quality. Update: they seem to have had conflict among the employees. I could feel the tensions in the air. One employee that remained seemed to be the cause. Two of their best stylist left IMO because of this one person who was rude to me when I asked for my favorite hairstylist who left. I won't be going back. One person can ruin a business.
