Although I am not a huge fan of Greek restaurants, I really enjoyed this one. Great atmosphere, good service, and very fresh and tasty food. I really liked their grilled octopus, vegetable chips, and zucchini croquettes. Also, the catch of the day - black sea striped bass - was delicious. The only thing that I can complain about is baby lamb - a bit too dry to my taste.
I’ve been to Amylos twice now with my parents and my boyfriend. The food hits every single time! The appetizers are my favorite and so tasty. My parents loved the mixed platter that has a bit of everything. The drinks are really good too. The atmosphere is cozy and super inviting. This is a great spot for date night or to have dinner with friends.
This place was great. I ordered the Halibut and the lamb shank this evening and both were spectacular.
The halibut was seared perfectly on top. It sat on a bed a sautéed spinach with a yellow buttery sauce that complemented each other really well.
Dark Ale Lamb shank as well had a molasses based sauce which worked perfectly at enhancing the natural flavor of the lamb.
Overall excellent food. Can't wait to take another trip here soon.
Stumbled here on a Sunday evening. Interior was nice and clean. Food was delicious! Service could’ve been better. We waited about 10-15 after we were seated for a waitress. Then after our meal we waited about 15-20 mins to order our dessert. However, she was very nice and friendly.
Overall, we had a good experience. The food and service were great. My seafood risotto was excellent, but the burger was just okay. Note: Parties of 6 require a card on file with a $25 per person no-show.
Had a great time! Our favorite dishes of the night were the Greek salad, grilled octopus and lamb chops. The ambiance was very cozy for a Date night, our server Vasilis was amazing, very attentive and gave us great recommendations.
Food, ambiance, drinks, and the server (Caitlin) was straight ????. She recommended great dishes and drinks. Would highly recommend for a date night or a catch up with good friends.
Lamb chops and fig salad I really enjoyed and would come back to try more dishes. Wish they bring back the short ribs. This jasmine tea and hunny is really good
