She arrived and immediately needed to pour gallons of water into the van's radiator. We stopped twice: once for gas, another because she was getting tired as it was afternoon nap time. Also, our destination was an airport on a military base and she didn't budget enough time to get a base pass to bring us to our destination. As a result, we had to hire another cab to get us to our destination. In addition, she often drove with her phone up and swerved more often than we were comfortable with.
Worst experience Ive ever had in my life. Most unsafe driving ever. She was falling asleep at the wheel. Didn't have money for gas so I had to pay for it. Front end of vehicle was smashed in. Smelled like cigarettes in the car. If you value your safety, I would not use this service!
I'm from a big city and this was hands down the best cab ride I've ever taken! Super sweet, kind and funny and she's also a great driver!!
The driver was kind and kept us informed in her whereabouts, however we felt unsafe in her vehicle. She drove fast while she messed with her phone constantly, even after we asked her not to….2 people in our group had just been in a horrible accident so this was not a fun ride for anyone. We did cancel our ride home.
I wish I could give this service zero stars. My boyfriend and I tried to contact for a cab and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude. Did not give us a minute to text our address before calling and accusing us of pulling a prank because his “voice sounded weird”. Insulted us both for no reason and while on the phone with Amy she was still, incredibly rude. Don’t recommend this service if you want decent human interaction. (Edit:) a text she sent half an hour after all this went down. Immature and gross attitude. Thankfully we got a ride to the caverns from another taxi company around, note we are in our 20s and not “runaways”. We are on vacation.
if you don't have to be somewhere on time or AT all? oh this is your way to go. if you want to make an appointment, be FULLY aware that your needs mean precisely NOTHING. I had my appointment overbooked TWICE. completely unprofessional and a bit of a backstabber
Picked up by her and her man. They got into two domestic assaults in front of us. They were drinking while we were in the car. They were screaming, cussing and pulling over to fight each other all while we were in the car. Absolutely a terrifying experience and not safe at all.
The driver Cindy, I believe was her name. Did a great job getting us to our destination and as a courtesy even pointed out directions for me and my fiance. Her willingness to drive as far as she had to just to take us 15 minutes away was outstanding to say the least.
