My Mum is a Parkinson`s sufferer which has progressed to become worse. She has a medication added to help. Unfortunately, this medication is not readily available. Her regular pharmacist says they cannot find this and that I need to find a pharmacy myself that has this without any proper guidance.
The owner of the pharmacy Aruna Bhatia is a lovely, kind hearted lady who went out of her to make sure this particular medication is readily available for my Mum. Also, even did a video call for me to help find the correct insulin pen (my Mum has high diabetes sometimes) and needed this piece of kit for her district nurse.
Unfortunately, my Mum has been out of hospital in and out on numerous occasions. When she is out, her medication is always ready in a nice blister pack after her temporary one from the hospital is finished with added changes recommended by the hospital.
The pharmacy manager Neil Solanki is a nice, plesant, personable person who is always there to assist with any pharmaceutical needs for my Mum.
Highly recommend this pharmacy, doesn`t hurt the fantastic food options near the place too :)
My experience with all the staff at Amy’s is 100% positive. Everybody is polite, friendly and helpful. I am always greeted with warmth and smiles. During the pandemic they helped to personally deliver my medications to my home when I wasn’t able to get out. They’ve also helped to sort out prescription errors made by my Gp Surgery. I have nothing but praise for all they have done for me. Thank you all!!

Short on medication. Especially controlled meds. More interested in selling EVERYTHING else from bath smellies, aftershave, perfumes to even chair massagers. ALL accompanied by a bloke hard selling this junk! Avoid it like the plague-Pharmists deal with medication nothing else if they are professional enough and do not employ dodgy male assistants that made my mother's skin crawl. I stand by my words and yes, I've done my research thank you ????
Perfectly nice staff, but one of the most disorganised and incompetent pharmacies I know of. No systems and always understaffed.

The staff at Amy Pharmacy are angels. As a disabled person I rely on life saving medication & they have always gone above & beyond to look after me. Combined with an excellent service they're always a welcoming, friendly face, especially during difficult times through the pandemic. They're the best pharmacy I've been with in London & I appreciate them very much.
Never seen a more patient-centered pharmacy before. My useless surgery kept delaying my scripts and they always helped me out even with emergency supplies if they could not chase up the surgery immediately. Often went out of their way delivering to me, I really appreciate all what they have done for me. Highly recommended!
