Just nasty, we stopped because we had no choice to get a few hours sleep after being up almost 24 hours, the room was horrible honestly it should be condemned. Sleeping in the car would have been better
Everyone I went to in Grenada lied and told me they had no rooms available,
Including this hotel...
If not for knowing one of their employees, I would not have been given one
Thomas stated he lied to me about not having a room available because he said, "I looked like I didn't belong there...and he was afraid I'd ask for my money back!"
Since when is a single older woman more safe in her vehicle than a locked hotel?
My first night there, the air conditioner did not work...NEVER RECEIVED ANY DISCOUNT EVEN AFRER BEING LIED TO IN THE FIRST PLACE!!
2nd night, A/C worked but shower hardly did...
People being in the position to rent rooms at a hotel should be fired for lying about availability
Even prosecuted if something happens to such people for being turned down!!!

The first room I was given had not been serviced. Second room was dirty. If there was no way to turn on the light switch on the wall where you first walk in next to the door. The place is falling apart. There is a bunch of noise at about 11:00 at night and then the police showed up and it finally got quiet. I can't believe that America's Best value is willing to have their name on it.
This is the biggest sh*t hole o have ever been to. I knew when i booked it would be a basic hotel but it should be torn down. There were roach bodies on the wall. Dead bugs, exposed wires, hole in wall, hole in comforter the size of a softball, nastiest carpet i have ever seen. Everything was filthy. I wentbin the 1st room and there were condoms. No vaccume had been on this carpet in years. The only good thing about this experience was my money was refunded. Dont do it. Go to the baymont
The staff are AWESOME. Also they have a seafood buffet on weekends! The breakfast is good and it comes free with the room!. The rooms are older like the hotel but they are clean and comfortable. The prices are great! If you are looking for holiday inn then this is not for you but if you are looking for clean great place and prices this is the place Also they serve a great lunch. We stayed 2 different nights on our visit home and our lil dog was welcome too. Thanks

The sheets had blood on them... both beds..
The bathroom looked nasty, we did not use it!
The comforts had Cigarette burns in them.. the room itself stunk.
You need better housekeeping, rooms need to be updated.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. We stayed there for two nights and if I could have somewhere else to stay that wasn’t booked up and pet friendly I would have left. This place needs to be closed down and remodeled completely. The room stunk, the tub was nasty I went to Walmart and got cleaning supplies just so I’d be able to take a shower. It’s a good thing I brought my own bath towels. No water pressure in the sink, shower barely got hot. The only thing this place has going for it that it’s pet friendly and friendly staff. We didn’t try the breakfast because just looking at the restaurant it looked run down And nasty as well. Plus never saw any customers in there.
