I have had several bad experiences here. I only went back due to location and time restraints. I havent been in a long time, but it was closest to me. Next time i will just not get one if i do not have time to go somewhere else. They only have 2 technicians and sometimes just one. I just assume drive the extra 20 minutes to shelby. My nails look terrible. I got a manicure with gel polish. The polish is on the skin. Its uneven and can see through it. The dish she soaked my nails in had green stuff floating in it. It started to stick to my hands. I think it was mold or something. I watched her rinse the bowl out after me and set in in a pile with the clean ones. She rinsed my manicure untensils and put them back in the plastic box. That isnt sufficient to me. She is rough. I paid $50 for a terrible gel manicure. Wish i could post a picture. Totally to much and not worth it.
After I waited for over an hour for a pedicure I was finally seated at a chair and had my feet soaking in the water. About 15 minutes later when I was it was my turn for a pedicure someone who had an appointment walked in. They made me get out of the chair where my feet had already been soaking for about 15 minutes and asked me to go sit and wait again at the chairs in the front since the person had an appointment. I refused and left. They should keep up with their appointments I have never been more shocked by the unprofessional here. I typically come once a month and ALWAYS have some sort of problem with getting a pedi in but this was absolutely ridiculous and was my last straw. I’m giving up getting service here and won’t be returning.
It's a great place the owner always makes you laugh he's funny makes me feel good to go there very relaxing and super nice.

Due to the fact you only have from what I saw only two workers. For weekends you should have more. specially being in a college town. You have enough equipment to hire at least 6 people. To better serve your customers. No one should have to wait for 2 or more hrs or have to leave and come back.
My daughter and I went in and asked for a manicure. My daughter got tips, we both asked for dip polish. We did not get a manicure. We did get dip polish. After 4 days my fingers still hurt and I’m using liquid bandage for all the cuts. Most painful “manicure” ever!! Never got the full manicure. There was a fee for paying with a credit card. The worst $100 I have ever spent. People were nice, service was not.
I went there to get a full set of nails done. My 6 year old daughter wanted her first mani and pedi. I asked for a full set of nails with design and they gave me gel nails when I didn’t ask for them. Ended up spending 104 that I didn’t budget for. The nails are nice but definitely not worth the 70+ I paid for them. They charged me 5 just to use a debit card. I won’t be going back there again.
I went to the spa at midmorning. There was only 1 technician. She was finishing up one service and had 1 lady waiting. The technician asked me to come back later and suggested I make an appointment. I made an appointment with her for 3 pm. Upon my arrival she started the water for my pedicure and finished up the lady she was working on. Now it is 3:15 and she begins a pedicure on the lady sitting next to me! When I asked how long she stated maybe 15 minutes ????. I reminded her that at her request I made an appointment for 3 and felt it was very unprofessional to start someone else at my appointment time. Her response; sometimes appointments are off. I understand being 5 to 15 minutes but 30+. I refused to wait and refuse to return. What a horrible business practice.
