Please dont order from this place.The wings were not done and old.I asked for a refund and was told no refund so I walked out and called the police .I still didnt get the food and left .I know the workers are undocumented so lets see how the food inspector like this.
I gave American deli a one star because I was highly disappointed that I even ordered from American deli and I should have just went to Jj fish as my first mind told me. I order wings and fish those wings were so small those were infant pieces of chicken and it’s not wings it’s drumlet pieces. Jj actually give you chicken wings. The lemon pepper is not the real deal it’s the grocery store brought salty tasting lemon pepper. I won’t do American deli anymore if that’s how it is. Jj’s give you 4-5 real wings and that real lemon pepper . The cashier was nice . I couldn’t understand some of his English but he was nice man. He did open the box before I left to show me my food but I’m sure they wouldn’t have given me my money back like I really wanted
The food is very good but I don’t understand why they never answer the phone ?? Why are you a place of business but your phone is never working ? It just doesn’t make any sense… I could of called and placed my order and it would be ready to pick up but these ppl never answer the phone

The service was awful & the fries & the chicken was not even done all the way & when I explain to cashier he stated I could not get my refund of 18 dollars back I will not ever come back .
To summarize it here and straight to the point.
1. Food is losing its quality, like badly.
2. Cleanliness & organization are way below standards.
3. Customer acknowledgment is appalling in a sense of not even greeting you. Not to mention a verbal "Thank You!". All you get is "Order up! Season on your fries?".
This may seem petty to most. But you must agree that if you pay what is asked to pay, you'd hope to get something pleasing.
We cannot expect a squeaky clean facility because it doesn't exist nowhere, not even at Michelin star restaurants. At least make the effort and give your guests a form of tranquility.
Finally, no matter your age, gender, color, ethnicity, or physical look, the worst thing that anyone can do is ignore someone else.
I ordered from Uber Eats. The driver was pleasant and efficient. However, my order was wrong and when I tried to call the store (Chamblee) the call went straight to voice mail. After placing an order from the app. the app suggested add on. I added wings and my dressing. I didn’t receive them. The total was over 25.00 so I should’ve received 5.00 dollars off. No wings and no discount. This was a painful experience.
It is 6:30pm and they close!!? When they close at 9pm you see workers in the store they think it's funny !! Phone doesn't work, at this point they need to close down !
