Our party of four stopped in for lunch. The Cafe is easy to get to. We arrived at a busy time around noon but got seated fairly quickly. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. Other items in our party were soup and salad, chicken sandwich and a breakfast order of pancakes, hash browns, bacon and omelette. My burger and fries were pretty good. I tried the tortilla soup also. It was spiced nicely. The small salad was good too. Our server Mariana was very very good.
The pancakes were a delightful experience. The fluffiness and the flavor was spot-on. Overall, a satisfying breakfast choice.
The town’s Gem!!! The staff, food, and environment are all exceptional. I travel a lot and this diner is by far my favorite restaurant in town. Very grateful for this place!
Tried eating breakfast there this morning (5/11/24. Had 2 people ahead of me waiting, more people came in after me. The couple in front of me were sat, so I figured I was next. Hostess calls out for a couple that came after me. They need to learn how to seat people and keep better track of who is next to be seated. How does a party of 2 get sat before a party of one, when the party of one was there first. ????♂️
I guess when you order take out you pay the same price but get less
Great breakfast. Really enjoyed it. Very good biscuits & gravy & hashbrowns! Hubby enjoyed his pancakes, eggs, bacon & sausage.
Had the Country Skillet, was very good.
Had Rye toast, which is getting harder to find.
A reasonably priced place to eat.
Great food, service was awesome! Staff was very friendly.
