Ahn here at the American auto clinic is really good and has over 35 years of experience with cars. When I took my BMW car that had a broken wheel on alignment, he knew exactly what was wrong and how he needed to fix it. He took only a few days to fix the car, despite having to order the specific part needed to fix my car. After my car was done, I even gave him the option to fix a little few other problems I had with the car, but he told me it was not worth the money and he didn’t want to make me pay him because the car worked fine, but the sensors were not working efficiently. He’s very honest with his work and I highly recommend him to anyone. He will be my go-to person from now on if I ever have any car issues in the future!
Low price, fast turn around, and BEST customer service. As a woman, you never know if people will be honest with you when working on your car. I had a great experience here, Mr. Ho even showed me the brake pads and rotors that he replaced to ensure me that the repair was necessary. Also, I dropped my car off at 4 pm and it was ready by 2 pm the next day!
Nice guy with affordable price and gave rides for free for me to home and worked late to finish my work on time . Brought things by himself without troubling me. Specially student friendly. He helped for more than what I asked but did not charge.
Very great service I highly recommend this shop, the owner is very kind and did everything he could to get our truck fixed even moved all his work to get ours done first since we were from out of town and just passing by, good work and good price very reasonable person and really can't recommend enough, I will definitely be bringing him future work if needed and can make the trip to him without a doubt!
Very excellent place! My car battery died in a parking lot, and the mechanic came and took my car in to fix it up. My car was returned very quickly and it works better than it did before! The mechanic is also very nice and fair with prices. Would recommend if you need work done on your vehicle.
American Auto Clinic is my number #1 place to go for any mechanical issues on my car! I’ve been a customer since I was a Tech Student, which now has been over 5 years, and Anh has always consistently provided exceptional service. He’s such an amazing mechanic that I always see him working on several cars and he still manages the time on his schedule for my car to be repaired as soon as possible.
For instance, last week, my Honda Civic didn’t start. I assumed it was my starter because I constantly turn on/off my car several times a day. But with Anh’s expertise, he determined that it was actually my alternator & battery that gave out. Not only did he spend time figuring out what the actual issue was, but he fixed it that same day! Furthermore, he stayed past his store hours to fix it, and called me at 9pm to see if I wanted to pick up my car. He goes above & beyond and didn’t overcharge me either. Truly an incredible mechanic!
Anh is very considerate of his customers’ inconveniences, and he will help you find the best possible solution to get your car back and running again. He’s reliable, kind, hardworking, fair, and trustworthy (how many mechanics do you know that has all these best traits?). Mr. Anh N Ho was amazing! He is one of the nicest mechanics I've ever met and very attentive. He worked on my 2013 Mitsubishi outlander sport and took care of what was needed in one day! I'm a teacher and as everyone knows, teachers don't make a lot of money! His prices are some of the best I’ve ever seen!! Overall, great customer service from this place!! Guaranteed the best prices in town. We have all been there where the mechanic will charge outrageous prices to fix something. Han works alone from what I can see but will have your car fix quicker than most places. Give him a try. You won't regret it. Also, he is always smiling and in good spirits.
