The agents will actively ignore you and walk away while you are asking them questions…good luck, honestly worth the drive to go to TPA instead where there is at least southern hospitality

Arrived at the Busy GNV at 12am and sat on the tarmac for 30+ minutes. Not like could not move to an empty gate and let the people exit. They act like there's TRAFFIC OR SOMETHING G AND HAVE TO PROLONG THE PROCESS. REALLY Not RICHT FOR PEOPLE THAT HAVE TRAVELI G ALL DAY TO WAIT AT an EMPTY airport.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My carry on luggage was lost and I had to explain 3x the situation to desk workers. Was told I'd have my luggage for my friends wedding the next day and they would call. I never got a call, the luggage remained at its found location and after purchasing new clothes, and having nothing, I was told my luggage was still at found location. Desk worker was rude stating she was the only one working and I'd have to sit and wait a while before she would help me despite no one being in line. I do not trust this airline. Word to the wise, do not fly with rolling bag carry on for the airline, or simply just chose another airline.

Helpful staff. They won't ever answer the phone. So you will need to arrive at the airport to speak to a person.

I love flying AA out of GNV. Clarissa, Dimetrios, Jessica, and Sean are awesome and make you feel like you are apart of the AA family. Thank you and I'll continue to choose American.
