Rides are so early for scheduled pickups. They want to argue that's what I ordered on motivcare thru the insurance
Update: He charged me $95 to go 2 miles and then racked up $100+ more of fraudulent charges. That is just criminal on top of his creepy/predatory behavior. Does this company even do background checks?
The driver stole my credit card number and started charging me for rides I didn't take. How miserable. He also was extremely predatory and tried touching me. WOMEN BEWARE
I called in 2 hours in advanced. They never showed up at the time I requested. Called them back and they still didn't show up in a timely manner luckly I found a ride or i would have been late to work. Very upset because I have never taken a cab before and then they don't even show up when I needed them to.
They are extremely fast and extremely friendly! The van was nice and warm considering how cold it is outside, it also smelled good and was very clean. The company was friendly when I called in and accurate on the time frame.
I booked a limo for 7 people for a concert on a Saturday evening. The guy called me before the show and told me he was getting the van ready. I told him how I booked a limo and he tried to charge me an extra $200 for a limo. So I had him come pick us up in the van. When he got to my place, we found out that the van only had 6 seats. So we ended up crammed into a van and one person had to sit on the floor with no seatbelt. Absolutely terrible way to run a company they can't even keep their word. I will never use this company again. The driver was very nice and knew his way around the city. He also did a great job putting up with my girlfriends mother who is a backseat driver, but he was falling asleep at the wheel because he'd been working 24 hours straight. Don't use this company.
TERRIBLE!! HORRIBLE service/ company!! The guy told me 20-25 min for pick up,.. ok.. over an hour later still no show up/pick up. !! Late for work now!! Then, will not answer my phone calls whatsoever!! Never again!!

Called 40min ahead to schedule a pick up for my son. I was told they would be there at a certain time. They weren't. They hung up the phone twice. Tgen after that I was transferred to an automated service. My son has been waiting for 50min. Now to be picked up. The most unreliable Taxi service.
I called, they said a guy was gonna pick me up in about 20 to 35 minutes, waited damn near an hour and they still didn't show up. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your bloody time, call someone else because these guys are rubbish!
