I was making a delivery at the Giant when the Aroma hit My nose. I had to get some food from here. I decided to get 3 while wing combo aka the Chicken Box with an half and half. The cashier was pleasant and very helpful. The food came out on a reasonable time. It was hot and delicious. The plus was the mumbo sauce at the condiment section. I just Love when I'm in the DMV area.
At first, I was a little hesitant when ordering food based on the reviews, but I was totally proven wrong. The food was on point, from the flavor to the portion. Lot's of flavor to choose from. When I went to pick up my order, the place was clean, and I got great customer service. The cashier asked me to make sure that I got what I ordered; if not, they would make it right. This is going to be my go-to place from now on. Check this place out; you won't be disappointed, that's for sure. 5 star all the way.
So this was my first time and the food was fresh and hot. The staff was very nice. Thank you Hasan you were very nice to us with our decision making.. I got the Greek pizza with our tomatoes extra olives, Hush puppies with a side of cheese (don't judge me) and 10 wings (Thai chili mango/ Honey Lemon pepper) So GOOD!
I called to place an order at 10:30 the man on the phone says i’m if you can’t be here in the next 5 mins then drop it because we’re about to close. Exact words like…huhhh who says that in that case why did you even answer the phone!!! I’ve ordered here before n it takes all of 10-15 mins to wait on food. I only live 7 min and yall wouldn’t of been done cooking n cleaning no type of chicken in only 7 minutes.
Let me start off by saying IGNORE THE REVIEWS!! I never came to this location because of the reviews. I’m glad I gave them a chance because these buffalo wings are amazing! The person who took my order (I wish I got his name) was very nice and welcoming. I even came when the store was closing and they still accommodated me. I will be back to this location every time!
This place not worth a one star I ask for salt and vinegar chicken this man gave me a box full with vinegar at the bottom of my chicken. I respectfully said sir this not salt and vinegar chicken then he got smart with me and said you want me to put some salt on it so I when home called back and ordered a 50 peace and never picked it up
I placed an order at this location on Saturday, 1/6/2024 and requested that my food be freshly prepared. When my food was ready, the wings were extremely hard and overcooked. I asked the restaurant to remake my food and they refused. I contacted the manager and he argued with me over the phone and hung up in my face. The owner, Hasan J., and his team members do not respect their customers or take customer grievances seriously. To save money and prevent throwing away food, they are intentionally serving their customers old, overcooked food, and refusing to address any complaints about it. I will be filing a formal complaint with Prince Georges County and the BBB. They only feel comfortable treating their customers in this manner because the demographic is majority Black American. They should not be allow to establish businesses in our communities if they truly do not wish to serve us. It is harmful and dangerous, especially dealing with food.
I do not recommend the chicken Philly cheesesteak as it was dry with no peppers or onions...just some dry meat inside some bread. I’m also unhappy that they gave me tartar sauce instead of blue cheese for my wings. I gave them 2 stars because the wings were “ok”.
