Picked up 20+ orders for coworkers during a lunch hour rush. Someone like Sue and her team cared and were meticulous to ensure each of our orders were correct. There was an extra order by mistake, but she was nice enough to include it in the order free. And gave us discounts on top of that. Pretty cool of them.
Pretty good meal. I had the whiting fish dinner with an extra side of fried okra. Everything could use more seasoning!! The food was so bland. Everything was hot, but you can taste that the grease needed to be changed. ???????????? Funny because in their window there’s a sign posted about their oil usage. The inside of the place was clean and the customer service was very decent. I called in my order and the female was very polite. I would visit this place again and when I do I will request extra seasoning for my meal.????????
I love this place. I usually get the tilapia and wings with fries and it is delicious. I didn’t fried food so I wanted to try the salad. This was a very small salad compared to most places. It was super light weight and about the size of my medicine container. ????
The Chicken is seasoned very well. A little too salty but I can deal with that.
It’s very good otherwise.
The service here is excellent. A miscommunication led to my son's burger having green peppers (easy to pick off) and the staff offered to remake his burger. We had wings and burgers and they were delicious. We plan to go back soon.
Staff friendly and pleasant. Fish just needed seasoning but otherwise ok. They also give you a Military discount.
So Saturday we ordered wings and requested well done. The two young men made sure my food was perfect. Today rushing at lunch time I ordered and requested eings well done. The boy at the register was on his phone the entire time. Showed me my food and rushing I returned to work to find soft wings absolutely gross. Just get rid of him at this point. He should have been cleaning restocking something. Won't be back 12.00 for nothing but hush puppies.
Over $15 for a 10-pc ($12+tax) and small coleslaw ($2.50+tax), no drink. The hot wings are good. The garlic-parmesan wings are not good at all. They appear to be plain wings with grated parmesan sprinkled on top. The coleslaw was more than half liquid and syrupy sweet. No way they should be charging extra for all drums or all flats when their wings are already too high across the board. The staff was nice, but not nice enough for me to eat there again.
Also, the young lady who was cleaning the lemonade and tea dispensers cleaned the countertop and area with a cloth with her bare hands then used her same, unwashed bare hands to pour the drink buckets back into the dispensers, touching all over the inside rim of the buckets. So their lemonade and tea have human hand germs AND whatever cleaning solution was on the cloth. It is NOT SAFE to drink. Beware.
I walked into this establishment to place an order and while in line and an employee went to the back door and the green door swang open i witnessed an employee eating
chicken wings while placing g other wings in a container for a customers order. Licking fingers and all. I turned around immediately and left. Please avoid this place at all cost. That’s just what I saw. Imagine what we don’t see ????
