We were picked up quickly and the driver was brilliant. Got 2 welshpool station in no time and fare was very reasonable.????
Booked for 3 am but clocks went back that night. Said we get an hour out extra drinking then preceded to say they didn't say they would be picking us up at the time that was agreed. Stranded in Shrewsbury had to pay 80 pound in taxi fees after paying 50 pound for a mini bus not happy.
Brilliant service, arrived very quickly and took us back into Welshpool by the quickest route and he also took the dog with no problems. Must also mention the price, so reasonable.
Brilliant company. Rhian has looked after us great. We are doing the offa dyke walk. Been pick up on time every time. Drivers are great and helpful. Prices are good as well.
We got a taxi to take four of us to and from a restaurant one evening. The call handler was very helpful and our driver (the same one both ways) was friendly and informative. We asked if he could recommend any other restaurants because we're new to the area and he came up with loads, including details about all of them. The car was clean with plenty of room for three of us in the back. This will definitely be our go to taxi service from now on.
Really sorry can't remember the name of the driver but ended up on the wrong train to welshpool and within 5 minutes he picked up and we had a good chat about the footy. Proper sound and friendly service. Thank you.
Good prompt service friendly driver
Booked this company for a 3.5 mile journey. Estimate was 8 minutes and £8 from journey comparable websites. Driver did not take cards and charged us £15. Complained to the office they were not concerned cancelled the return journey. Booked a different Local firm and saved 50% on the return.
