They have no common sense or customer service, I placed and order at 6:48 pm for 2 tacos. I arrived at 7:02 to a building with locked and the employees told
Me they closed at 7:00 and I would have to utilize the drive thru. Online says they close at 8:00 not 7:00 and why was that not mentioned on the phone when I was placing my order 10 til 7:00. I left and went to the taco spot next door and enjoyed my food. This place is just Class-less and rude, I will never go back…
Love this place for only two things their Chile Verde Fries & their taquitos. These two items are always on point. Now their customer service on the other hand is at times mediocre. Just be prepared to wait a long time when there are a few cars in the drive thru. Everything is made to order which is great but if you are in a hurry this is definitely not fast food.
Young girl working the drive thru window rude and rushing. Everytime i ordered something she kept saying is that it with an attitude. Plus she made my burrito wrong after i told her twice. How hard is only beans and rice with asada. It had onions cilantro and pico de gallo. Anyone want a chicken taco?
The food Here is excellent however I think the staff needs to have a training on how to exhibit excellent customer service the management needs to know and implement.
Hello everyone out there I just happen to stop by in San Bernardino at this amapola on del Rosa and what I like to order from there is the bean and cheese burrito with green sauce salsa in it I like to just say this the French fries that they changed over to are amazing they're crispy their light they're fluffy they're not like the ones that they had before so if you guys are fry enthusiast I would say come over here to this one to check out their fries .
Idk but this place is so bad idk how they ruin good everything I’ve gotten was so mediocre idk how you can ruin a carne asada burrito but they find a way
I went to amapola on Del Rosa and was told today will be the last day they will be accepting cash. Going to debit and credit cards only. I ask if they would be removing the fee they charged for using a card
They said no the fee will still be added to your order. I was also told that this is the only location that is doing that. I thank if the waived the fee I wouldn’t have a problem with it. Even that cash has printed on it “this note is legal tender all debts public and private” so I guess that location will be closing soon with no cash flow.
Nothing but great Mexican food. I've been going there for years and have never had a bad experience..
