Amadi Chemist is the best I have found in London. Ken went above and beyond to ensure I received the appropriate antibiotic and other supplementary medications. His dedication to providing personalized care was evident as he took the time to listen, offer kindness, and provide invaluable assistance. I highly recommend Amadi Chemist for exceptional service and commitment to helping those in need. Ken knows everyone by name, and is always busy but not to busy to help every single customer and do he’s best very best for eveyone.

I just picked up a prescription from this chemist for the first time, and I understand why people speak so highly about it and Mr. Amadi. I was immediately greeted with a friendly face and asked kindly what I needed help with. My prescription was filled within 5-10 minutes, during which I was provided updates (i.e. Mr. Amadi letting me know that my prescription was ready and I'd be served after the person in front of me). He was knowledgable about the medication, having provided me clear instructions about how often to take it and advising that it will absorb better 1 hour before food or 2 hours after. I found Mr. Amadi to be professional, kind, and sympathetic. This is one of the most positive experiences I've had with anything medical-related. I will definitely be using this as my main pharmacy going forward.

Ken is a legend! Came here because of the outstanding reviews and he did not disappoint. Went the extra mile to give me some medical advice, with an incredibly friendly and kind manner - his good spirit and laughter is truly infectious!
