The one thing that really stands out is the exceptional employee Kayla. The piercing went smoothly. Afterwards, when there was a concern she immediately responsed to the text message, and then again about a week later. She knows her stuff. The whole experience went well.
Priced way too high for what they offer. I got better art doing a walk in at Inkwell in fairview heights.
Blake Carmack is "THE MAN"!! Excellent customer service, has lots of experience and won't steer you in the wrong direction.

Kayla was the star for this round, not only was she patient and open to my concepts, but she also has a very steady hand, and her line work and shading were excellent. I put a bit of blind faith in her to add her own flair on the concept and the end product was better than I could've imagined.
I highly recommend this shop for an excellent experience and an even better tattoo.
I've gone to Jeremy a few times. He's always been super nice and helpful. His line work is really clean, and my tattoos heal beautifully. The whole shop, though, is friendly and funny. There's a guy who works there who wore a sweet newspaper style shirt that was clearly the envy of the entire shop.
They are awesome! We walked in to get a tattoo for my daughter and they got us right in and everyone was very nice and welcoming! Definitely will go back for some more ink!????
I got a wrist tattoo done by Kayla. She is good however the price was really high compared to other tats I've gotten. As for the shop it was nice and clean but the layout of the floor caused me to fall hurting myself so bad I had to leave for awhile. 4 days late and I still hurt. They could've at least offered me a discount. :( I won't go back unless it's free.
I walked in and asked about an Industrial Piercing - I only had a short wait. Timmy did a great job with the piercing (explained what was going on and checked in to make sure I was ok). He also advised on placement and showed options clearly. Im 5 days out from the piercing and it's healing nicely!
