I had an 80k service done on my Jeep, new tire pressure sensor, new brakes... Overall very very happy. Price came in under original estimate and this guy seems very honest and helpful. For sure my new go to guy!
I had an issue with my automatic truck steps that a dealership in Lowell couldn’t figure out how to repair. I brought it to Nick and he fixed it quickly and cheaply. It’s wonderful to have such a great, honest mechanic in our community.
When Randy owned Alto Automotive, he always took care of his customers. Professional, excellent work and very fair priced. The new owners of Alto Auto quoted us over $800.00 for back breaks and calipers on my Honda CRV. We called another small business for a second opinion. Their quote came in at just under $200.00 for the same exact service! We paid Alto Auto their required $60.00 assessment fee, but took our vehicle elsewhere.
I miss Randy. He did great work at a great price. Since Hilltop Auto took over, the prices have gone way way up. I found a new place close by that does good work at a reasonable price. Call Tristen at Alderink Automotive. He's just a young guy, but he's gung-ho and won't rip you off.
From start to finish it was a great experience with Alto Automotive. Nick and Alex are great to deal with, excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff.
The mechanic was unable to diagnose the overheating issue in my car. I left w car not fixed while traveling, only for it to again overheat on my trip. Mechanic indicated it was an electronic problem he couldn't fix. Turns out my car needed a new temp gage & radiator hose. Additionally, he put coolant reservoir cap on my radiator contributing to leaking & overheating.
I only take my cars to Alto Automotive in Alto Michigan. Randy is a professional, and goes above and beyond the Call of Duty. I trust when he is finished with the service my car is safe and driving well. Instead of rounding up the bill, he rounds down. Very honest man!
My truck was fixed really fast, they've used oem parts and the price was good, What else can I ask from my mechanic? Thank you
