Didn't give me the highlights I wanted eventhough I thoroughly discussed the desired hair color and concerns about not ruining my hair.
It's been a month, I have half my hair and loosing chunks on a daily basis.
Don't go here unless you want very yellow and brassy highlights and want your hair destroyed.
