Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Store is well stocked. Staff is very knowledgeable about all products and merchandise. Staff remembers what their customers preferences are, so if you are wanting to try something new, they are a great resource to base your decision on. They have never steered me wrong with a product. Love this store! I drive out of my way to shop here!

The girl with the tattoo on her face is SO rude. I was kind and friendly and she literally rolled her eyes at me and huffed. I didn't feel comfortable going in there myself after that So i had my boyfriend go in for me and she refused him service. I watched through the glass and he gave her no reason to refuse service. I will not be going back as long as I see her in there ????
Don’t expect to get helped. Went in today and the lady would hardly speak to me. I asked her for a battery used for carts, got a confused look from her then she just started walking to where they were. Not friendly at all. I paid in cash with a $100 bill for a $52 purchase. She handed me 5, $5 bills and over 20, $1 bills. When I told her I didn’t want all the small bills it was another annoyance to her and she had to call someone to make sure I could use a card. It’s really not that hard to be nice.
Usually there is really great service unless the girl is there with the tattoo on her face that works the weekends she is really rude and shouldn't be working there she has really bad people skills and conversation skills and really gives off a racist vibe
One worker especially never is helpful. She refuses to be a useful customer service representative. She treats me like she is doing me a favor by being there. They never have what I need or are knowledgeable.

Stopped by to check out their selection of glass pipes. They have a decent selection of spoon glass pipes, but I wasn't able to find one I liked because there wasn't much variety in terms of sizes and styles.
The prices were good, however, and if I can not find something locally, I may stop by again and pick one up just because the prices are good.
