This is the best Dentist I've been to in years! They actually check everything; actually care about taking care of you as a patient, and taking care of you're teeth; They check to see what is most important for you, and ask if any of your teeth hurt as well; and they truly try to find a great solution to a problem; and they are all really nice; and they play upbeat yet relaxing music that's cheerful!! I 100% recommend Alpha Dental, and I trust them, and I don't trust easily, and I have Dental anxiety typically if going to a Dentist, but I felt completely comfortable, and safe the whole time! They really listen to what you have to say as well!!! :) Thank you so much for helping me take care of my teeth, I really appreciate you!!
The staff was kind courteous and efficient, was a clean environment. The dentist made my experience pain-free. She was very polite and very concerned with my comfort.
Her assistants were very kind as well.
I would highly recommend them.
Especially if you have children, this would be the place to take them. They make your experience as pleasant and pain less as possible.
Please be patient with the staff and the dentist. They take the time they need to make your experiences comfortable as possible. And they do great Quality work

I must say, I'm a little traumatized! It was awful. I think the sounds were terrifying and I'm a little scarred after all of that plus when I was a kid I had 5 molars pulled and that was a bad experience. The dentist was amazing. She was kind, and comforting and being my cheerleader all while her whole 90 lbs. was just sawing and chiseling away at my tooth. Why don't they put you under for those procedures?? Over all, would I have them do root canal and crown? No. They all broke within a year of having them done causing a couple of these extractions. Would I go back to this particular dentist for extractions? Yes. She was amazing!
I didn’t have really any problem with them. I stood waiting at the front desk for a few minutes & it went past my appointment time, but once they came up to the desk they got me back super quick & my appointment was quick/to the point! I got scheduled very quickly to get my last two wisdom teeth out as I’ve been needing them out for awhile, but couldn’t because I was pregnant. I think everyone was very respectful & sweet to me!
Appointment was punctual. I received kind and compassionate attention. My cleaning was done and additional unexpected treatment was done in same session. Dr. Was great.
The staff was amazingly nice and friendly! The dentist was great, friendly and was very caring during my extraction. Her assistant even held my hand during! I am very pleased && definitely glad I decided to switch to Alpha Dental!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Alpha dental a service with incredibly nice staff. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and at ease. The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. Not only did they provide excellent dental care, but they also gave me valuable tips and advice for maintaining good oral health. I left feeling satisfied and grateful for the exceptional service I received. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of dental care. You won't be disappointed!!!
Alpha Dental Zanesville is a great office!
The staff (Assistants, front desk, and Doctor) were all super kind and caring. They took me and my son in early as we were the first patients to arrive that day. Kayla the front desk and Assistant was very friendly and helpful. I had some previous dental anxiety. They knew this and was very considerate the whole time. The one Assistant Aubrey was amazing. From my x-rays and follow up treatment with the doctor. She was very help. Dr. Hem was very knowledgeable and went over all my treatment in a way that I would understand. If you are looking for an office with a good vibe, good music, and amazing staff. This is it !!!
