Warm, friendly aphmosphere. Nothing is to silly to ask. Excellent service, pharmacists very knowledgeable, still they explain things simply for customers to understand & are there to offer help/advice if required
This is the best Chemist I have ever had by far. I was originally with Tesco and they were often out of stock for a day of one of my meds or another which constantly inconvenienced me having to come back. One day I noticed Alpha in the square and that they were open late, I went in and asked them that if I changed my prescription to them, that they would always have my medicine available, 2 years later they have never missed a beat, always reliable, helped me when my doctors have errored, greet me personally....this is how a Chemist should be, I couldn't recommend them more....great work guys :-)
By fare, the best pharmacy in the whole SE area, i come from fare away, and i pass by at least 10 pharmacies... but for the Quality of their Human/Kind Service, i'll be traveling from anywhere in the SE to stay with them. If youare lucky to live around, and read my comment, then you have your pharmacy needs covered here. Just look at the time i am visiting them (11pm) and they had to restart thier systems just to serve me (Mr.LastMinut) and thry did it with a big smile ???? at least they have made my day...
