I had been a customer here for years, and at one point, a regular.
I returned for the first time in a while and the food was even better than I remember!
Chicken mole, chipotle chicken and Super Carne asada burritos ate my go to, and will often get the quesadilla wrapped versions of the 3 aforementioned burritos.
Next visit, I'm going to try the Buffalo chicken burrito.
The owners are amazing people!! I highly recommend.
My go to spot everytime I'm craving a burrito. You just can't go wrong here. I highly recommend checking Alma's out. Especially if your big fan of homemade tortillas and Burritos the size of your head. ????????
Good food, nice experience, homemade tortillas. My wife and I shared the fajitas, plus 3 beers, wife .5 me 2.5 beers, dont judge the red salsa is good. Easily feeded us both.
Alma's has some of the best Mexican in the county! Their tortillas are fresh-made with a nice flouriness. Some burritos are heavy on the rice, some on the beans--Alma's leans towards beans, with plenty of sauce. My favorites are the popular al pastor (which has lots of pineapple!) and the chicken mole burritos
I’ve been going to Alma’s, on and off, for almost 20 years. I remember when they were a small food truck behind the bars on Arcata.
They recently updated prices…. I paid $16 for a carnitas burrito, plus tip. That’s borderline inexcusable. I could go to any other local Mexican restaurant and get a complete dinner for that same price.
The price increase makes me never want to go there again
It's a taco truck and the best breakfast burritos ever. The tortillas are fresh and homemade. Love this place!!!

Perfect place for lunch! The best food. The best homemade tortillas! Wow! Yum! Burritos are huge! They are awesome if you have special orders (like no dairy). My order is always perfect!
