Best KPortal Reviews
I have been in the hospitality business for over 40 years and it's been a very long time since I have experienced genuine customer service . I have now at this excellent village pharmacy.
Nothing is a problem for the staff. They go beyond and above to help their customers even at the busiest times making sure you never go without your medication even when you are late ordering. Delivering to the elderly on the way home from a hard day's work when the driver is off.Thats customer service.
Thank you once again for your constant, brilliant customer service.
This was a great pharmacy even before the name change. The negative reviews of this pharmacy are from idiots that don't know how the system works. The ladies that work there are always helpful even when the medication I have received are not the branded items. The longest wait I have had is 30 minutes and this was done by a customer that decided to block the entrance. The ladies that work there don't deserve the rude, aggressive and violent behaviour of some of the customers. A five day wait for prescriptions is better than the ten day wait time at other pharmacy's in the area.
Absolutely rubbish. Tried to fob me off with wrong medication for spine. Gave me skin cream instead of Voltarol Emugel. When I questioned the pharmacy I was told this one is better as its stronger. Skin cream for spinal injury victim is a disgrace. I told them I have the Solareze for skin cancer and skin issues already, "yes that's the right prescription for back pain, it's much stronger" why not just say it's wrong, speak to the doc to get it changed. Check your meds, you might be getting the wrong ones issued. Shame on you Allied. It's pretty poor when all the reviews fail to get a response.
The staff here are lovely and are working under pressured conditions. They're always friendly and helpful. I've witnessed customers being incredibly rude and aggressive to people who are simply doing their job, and the staff have always handled it remarkably. Whilst service is slow at times, that's due to the amount of customers, not problematic staff. Lovely service which I will continue to use ❤️
Truly awful experience on Friday 28th October. Like many recent reviews, it was terrible. First tried early afternoon but the queue was so long, I left and returned later. The queue was still horrendous but the medication was required (prescription had been in for 10 days and phone calls said it was not ready for collection for days). Whilst I was queuing many people arrived, looked at the queue and walked away. One unfortunate frail old lady joined the long queue and took a seat for an hour as someone held her place as the line crawled forward. She had picked up her prescription earlier in the day (similar queue experience) but the medication was wrong and she had come back to get it corrected. Whilst I was there there was a stream of people returning with prescriptions the pharmacy had got wrong. Eventually this group refused to join the long queue and formed a separate smaller second queue. One older gentleman who was in the second group was there all the time I was there and looked thoroughly brassed off. All the people around me were commenting on the lamentable service. There appeared seven or eight people working there, but only one or two serving customers. It did not help seeing a woman sat at a computer screen drinking tea and laughing with a colleague whilst customers were fuming a few feet away. The women working behind the counter appear new and untrained. The management of this pharmacy are incompetent and Lloyds should be ashamed to have their name attached to such a shambles of an operation that resembles an outpost of the Keystone Kops.
Had to give it one star as nothing lower available.
Terrible service, prescriptions never ready always got to go back or wait in horrendous queues. I understand the pharmacy gets busy but this has been going on for a long time and doesn't appear to be improving.
The 2 ladies that dealt with me were friendly professional and even though they were taking abuse from other customers as i was waiting for mine and my husbands prescriptions they were still able to smile, have a lovely word for 2 little toddlers that were taking stock off one shelf and putting it somewhere else they just smiled and dealt with it so well great service as usual
Genuinely awful service. I went to the doctors a little over a week ago, where I was told I had a chest infection, I'm pregnant too. Went to collect my prescription for chest infection, they didn't have it. Have been in every day since and still do not have it. In a great deal of pain with a chest infection that could have been easily sorted with medicatio. I understand that they are going through some technical changes currently, but I can't help but wonder how people are getting more important medication.
