When it was lloyds used to be great no problems at all . Since its changed over to Allied its been a nightmare trying to get my medication on time. Especially the last few months . Iv had to go bk and fourth and then still to be told it not there and come bk . I used to have all my meds together each month now they all over the place . Iv gone in on the day b4 Easter Bank Holiday weekend to pick up what was due . And surprise surprise no one had put my repeats in so wasn't there . I ask them to do my repeats every time like iv done for number of years . Now I'm left with no medication all easter Bank Holidays that's 4 maybe 5 days without any medication. I am disabled and find it hard enough to get there I'm in a flareup currently feeling like iv been run over by a bus and punched and kicked all over . Call shropdoc to get a prescription yet they csnt do anything of hours and have to wait to speak to the pharmacy with it being a controlled drug . I'm sorry but this is not good enough. Complaint is definitely going in . But apart from that staff is always very friendly and very helpful . I just don't understand what is going on about the repeats .
Don't waste your time telephoning , you'll be told you're number one in the queue and after 10 minutes your call will be cut off . I'd rather they said we don't provide a telephone service than waste time and money .
Three attempts made to call them. They don't answer, the phone just cuts out at 10 minutes so just runs up your phone bill. Other then them never answering the phone, in store they are nice staff members.
Absolutely terrible. Don’t deliver medication on time. Don’t answer the phone. Rude staff but quite happy to chat among themselves while we wait to be served. Complaint gone to head office, let’s hope they can improve but I won’t be having my elderly mums medication through them again as had nothing but problems to get her medication. Gods knows what she would of done if she didn’t have family to sort this mess out. My advise don’t waste your time going there, Morrisons pharmacy and Boots is so much better.
Pharmacist goes above and beyond duty. Friendly service. They all should have a raise in salary!!
I have always found Lloyds helpful and pleasant.Occasionally there have been supply issues with medicines but they have been apologetic and it has been quickly sorted.
Absolutely wet wipes in there, go to Boots, I've had the same prescription for over a year and they recently don't have the competency to provide me with my meds.
Had to stop using as meds often not made up. Changed to Boots Pharmacy and so far good.
