Waited 30 +mins to check stock of an emergency prescription as its a 30 min drive.
No answer so given up. Worse than useless.
No late pharmacy open in bath at all

Late emergency prescription needed - phoned to check it has come through from GP & they were able to fulfil … confirmed within minutes on phone and then collected less than 20 mins later ! Polite Efficient Helpful - well done !
This pharmacy was atrocious when it was Lloyds but somehow Allied have managed to surpass that standard to an all new low. My 5-10 min wait time was over half an hour of listening to the chatter of the 5 staff in the back. The place looks like it’s closing down with empty shelves and tatty fittings

Every time I have had to go to this chemist I am told sorry we do not have this in stock!
Even though it has been sent over as an emergency item.
The queues of customers who rely on this chemist are being sent away with wrong items or no items at all!
I have witnessed customers coming back with the wrong prescriptions and customers being told the most important part of the prescription is not available.
The staff act like they are not bothered and some of them have a very don’t care attitude.
I really thought once it had been taken over it would improve but unfortunately it has gotten progressively worse.
This used to be a really good 24 hour pharmacy. Nowadays it is third-rate.
We know that Lloyd’s Pharmacy went bad overnight but the new owner - Allied - hasn’t improved anything.

Shambles of a chemist. Shortages and never ending waits on phone. Been number 1 on queue for 20 minutes. Not first time. Been loyal customer to this chemist (formally Loyds) for 20 years. Lost patience now. Looking for alternative. Can't even organise insulin pens which are important for me
The single worst, most disorganised and insufficient pharmacy I've ever had the misfortune of sending my prescriptions to. There are specific medications that I NEED to use on a daily basis and they never have anything in their stock. No matter what you order in, they always tell you they haven't got it and send you on your way to try another pharmacy in hopes they might have what you're looking for. The staff spend all lot of time standing around chatting rather than looking for prescriptions, there is ALWAYS a massive queue going out the door and it's been exactly the same since it was Lloyds Pharmacy. Now that it's Allied Pharmacy, not a single thing has changed. Today I waited outside for ages wondering why they hadn't opened, then a staff member comes out and tells me and will the other people waiting that they don't even have a pharmacist yet, and they have to wait for one, but have no idea when they'll be arriving. Absolutely terrible to say the least.
Phone rang for the entire 30 minutes I was stood queued up and no one answered it.
There needs to be someone on the till for people buying over the shelf medication instead of everyone sorting prescriptions and it would considerably reduce the queues, I was one of 3 people in a queue of 6 picking up run of the mill pain relief medicine.
It’s absolutely embarrassing the lack of common sense.
