Called in for an appointment to have a 2 wheel alignment and a tire rotation done. It took about 4 hours for them to have it ready for me. I came to pick up the truck and was told a 4 wheel alignment had been done (even though the guy on the phone told me it would be an 2 wheel) and no tire rotation. I was told I should take it to discount tire and have it done because they can’t do it there. Also no before and after alignment results, leaving me to wonder what was done. If a professional automotive shop is incapable of rotating tires, I have little faith in anything else they can do. I would avoid taking your vehicle at all costs, and despite the low prices they offer.
My 2019 Highlander just got 4 new tires from Discount Tire. Got a coupon from there, give it to Alliance Dyno. They advised me that: "there is no factory adjustment for camber + caster. Will need to install camber / caster bolts for next alignment $250.54". My car is pulling to the right after the alignment. I brought it to Toyota dealer today, it costed me $70.00, everything is back good ???? now. Toyota asked me if my Highlander was involved in any kind of accident, why the alignment went off that bad. I am not sure if Dyno Alliance auto equipment is bad or otherwise ????.....
I would crossed this place off my service list if I were you.
We have always had a great experience taking our vehicles here. They don't try to overcharge you or tell you to do work to your vehicle that you don't need. They're very straight forward, honest and reasonably priced.
This place is terrible. My son left the car for repairs for damages caused by a minor accident. They held cars for two days and did nothing and now they want to send it to another body shop “down the road”. We are working people and we don’t have a spare car to waste in a body shop while we rent a car to work. If these people are too busy then they should just put up a sign saying no more services. This is unbelievable!
If I could give this place no star i would. This place is a joke, scam, and overcharged. $800 to rapar a water pump. Took my car to a REAL Reliable shop and only charged $350. The crazy part is, they charged me more for not fixing what they said they fixed.smh...never again...

Went there for the $14.95 safety inspection. I was told that the licenses plate frames are not allowed anymore on plates in TX. They gave me a choice, take the car back home and take them off myself and come back and wait again or charge me $10.00 to take them off. Not wanting to waste more time I paid the $10. So make sure you take them off before you go. Unless you want to pay $24.95
Took my car to them for one issue they didn't fix the issue at hand and still charged me $1200.. Got my car back and ALL of the dash lights were on they assured me that the lights would go off months later the lights are still on!
Car#2 Went to get my air fixed in my sister's car.. He service light came on they said it would go off after she drives it for a while MONTHS later her light is still on! They talk a good game. I thought this was a honest place to get our cars repaired. I was definitely scammed! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I always get my cars inspections done here. Very quick and professional. Love the waiting area with all the news paper articles from the past.
