11/10 service and work! I had some damage to my truck tailgate done by a forklift at Lowe’s. I wouldn’t wish for my worst enemy to deal with Lowe’s insurance. They refused to reimburse me for my rental that I needed for the accident they caused, at least until the awesome people at Allen’s set them straight. They went above and beyond for me! Their work was pristine and they even did some minor touch ups that weren’t quoted or caused by the accident.
Allen's went above and beyond, getting my husband's truck all fixed up. Jennifer kept us up-to-date along the way and handled all the dealings with towing, insurance, etc. The truck looks brand new! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Allen's Paint & Body returned my car to absolutely perfect condition after a side swipe collision, and were extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. They began repairs using a quote I had received from another shop (who ghosted me after the quote), and they actually saved me money by discovering parts on that estimate which didn't need to be replaced at all. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire organization... Hopefully I won't need repairs anytime soon, but Allen's is my first call if I do.
My son got a brand new car about two to three weeks ago! Someone backed into the rear plastic bumper making a small dent but didn't tell him. He was so upset!
I went friday evening by so they could look at it. Was figuring it would cost 2-3 hundred or more.
The wonderful lady that works in the office said come back Monday. Probably want cost anything to heat it and pop it back out. They fixed it and didn't charge anything!
My son was so blessed to have these wonderful honest people to fix his car!
That's the difference between people only caring about money and people putting compassion, care and understanding first before money!

Great customer service! Friendly from my first call with Deanna to them calling me to pick up my car! Fair, helpful and just plain ole nice (hard to fine these days). Consider them only when it’s time for you to have Body/ repair work on your car! They did a perfect job on my front bumper! So grateful.

She worked harder than my own insurance did and she was very concerned about what was going on and ALWAYS kept me informed and up to date. You ALL ROCK!!!!!!!!!
These guys do phenomenal work. After they finished my truck looked awesome. You couldn’t tell it had ever been hit. Highly recommend.
