Shocking.. food was very dry.. spicy fillet burger was rock solid, chips were either overdone or re-fried.
Avoid.. unless things change extremely. Wings were good but didn't compensate the experience.
Changed from one to a 4 excellent communication from the owners after my initial review, genuinely looking for feedback to improve but assured me this was an isolated incident, as other reviews speak volumes. This was one of the reasons I went in. Hope to see Kamran and Ajmal again soon.
Great service and the prices are even better! The food is impeccable and the chicken is succulent unlike dry KFC, not normally a fan of fried chicken but after trying Allen’s I’ve changed my opinion and will definitely be a regular customer.

First time yesterday and we got chicken wraps and the chicken was absolutely amazing. Would definitely visit again. Spotless place too and great customer service. Highly recommended
Ordered first time over just eat, Burger bun was rock solid and the chicken inside tasted like it was off not to mention the food was freezing cold when i live pretty close by . Never again. Very dissapointed.
Best cheese burgers I've had in ages, succulent and tasty, the chips are always hot, funny thing is they are a chicken shop and the chicken the few times I've ordered it has not been so great, I'm not saying its bad or that there was anything wrong but it just wasn't good enough for my liking but the cheese burgers are the holy grail here and the delivery is always either early or on time, so far I've not had a late delivery.
Very expesive, you dont get many fries in a portion, wings where not spicy...the only thing decent was the colesaw
When you buy 'spicy wings' of the menu you dont expect them to taste mild lol
As for the portion size of the fries, when you pay £5 for a wing meal you expect a reasonable portion lol.????????
Gone down hill getting worse all I can say orderd food wasent happy the chicken breast was thick not for me thought I would have got a decent order even after spending alot of money family wasent impressed got thrown away ????
