Seems to be becoming a regular monthly occurrence that either myself or a family member are missing items from our prescriptions and the excuses given are that they're now so busy since the pharmacy in sainsbury and tesco have shut. Once again, I've gone to get medication from the bag only to find it's missing. Earlier this week it was my mother's prescription missing one of her medicines. Understandable if it's an occasional mistake but not every month.
I have been coming to this pharmacy for over 30 years and have always had a great service.
Sometimes, there are certain items that have to ordered but the staff do so, and they are there in stock in a day or two depending on the item. Things cannot always be in stock because of shelf life etc.
The staff are friendly and efficient, if they can help they will.
They are very busy and sometimes you will have to wait, unless you are the Queen or as it is now, the King.
I am very thankful that we have a local, personable pharmacy, who will help anybody, if they can. It it not their fault if you are in a rush, be nice!

This pharmacy is the best, friendly helpful staff always welcoming. If meds aren’t in stock they get them quickly. I like the extra services like med reviews and blood pressure checks. Won’t go anywhere else .

The Older Blonde Woman Is Very Rude In Here! Always Shouting At People To Queue Down A Certain Aisle, When The Young Man On The Till Tells You To Stand On The Left Aisle And Queue! She's Very Abrupt To People, And Has A Narky Tone, I Dread Going In There For Prescriptions! Not A Nice Chemist At All! Very Miserable!
This pharmacy is a joke! They never have the items in stock, and can never seem to order them in either from their supplier. What chemist don't have the items prescribed by GP's? Outrageous and ridiculous.
Also, there is always a big drama between the GP and chemist regarding prescriptions! Hassle
