This pharmacy used to be great - proactive, responsive, good with the customers. Then it changed hands and its gone down hill ever since. You can NEVER get through on the phone as the mailbox is always full, when you order anything it's late in arriving or gets lost completely, and the staff seem to have no regard for customer service. I cant see it functioning like this for much longer personally and people will start voting with their feet. Such a shame!
Repeat prescription never seem to be ready even after ordering week before requirement. Not welcoming,or apologies for long waits. Not even convenient now if I have to go a few times or have to wait. Used to be fantastic .
Awful never have meds and often not even ordered or as admitted given to someone else as I had not come in immediately they had in stock.. Don't waste your time seems all Allcures having same issue used to be a really good pharmacy as you can see by old reviews.
Used to be good , amazing really , but multiple owners later it's a shell of what it was , No interest in their customers, just look at the drop off in ratings from years ago, doesn't even do auto repeat prescriptions.. gone backwards sadly

I gave this place 1star because I can't give none. My doctor sends prescriptions to this place automatically. I ran out of some of my medication yesterday (Friday) and my partner walked down to collect my prescription this morning only to find the place locked up. Apparently they don't open on Saturday or Sunday! I now can't get anything until Monday morning. My partner walked down there a few weeks ago at about 2pm (when they were supposed to be open) only to find a note in the window saying they were closed from 1.30 to 3pm. They seem to run the place for their own convenience, not as a service to the local community. We won't be using them any more.
Awful and rude pharmacy. I’ve experienced the incorrect medication, absent medication and disgustingly rude staff that do not offer any help and laugh when there’s an issue you need resolving. Do not recommend
