Great service, relaxed atmosphere and amazing food, definitely coming back again. (Sadly forgot to take pics of the mains)
Popped in for lunch today with the family. Absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. Our waitress (front of house) was awesome. She certainly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It was also lovely to see the staff working as a team. The food was fresh, delicious and most importantly served in a timeously manner and, all at the same time. The children were also made really welcome and nothing was too much trouble. I loved everything about this restaurant it was great and I would highly recommend it. I’ll definitely be back.
Dropped by for lunch today, we hadn’t booked so we were really happy to have a table and a friendly welcome.
Really impressed with the menu and daily specials with really great choices of local and wider Scottish ingredients. So many choices and today we opted for the burger which was perfectly cooked and served with the best coleslaw I’ve tasted for ages.
We will return to explore the menu soon - fantastic ????
Really nice food, but messed up the order, didn't offer sugar for coffee, condiments for food, we had to request cutlery after some of our food arrived. Nice staff, beautifully clean, gorgeous views, hopefully they'll sort out the glitches soon.
Excellent food, excellent service, family friendly, great view over the river Allan. Went there before the lockdown, ordered food to take away after the lockdown. Same food, fresh and delicious. My daughter particularly enjoyed the vegan burger, one of the best she's had so far. Can't wait to go back and have a nice meal, once all this nonsense is over.
Superb restaurant. Very friendly staff, good COVID measures, face masks, hand gel, distanced tables etc. Food was excellent. Good quality, good portion size and very varied menu. This is my 4th time eating here and I will be back. If parking in the high street is busy there are plenty of spaces at the river car park below and a lift to the restaurant.
Had a wonderful meal this evening. I'd hear great things about the Allanview. They were not wrong. The service is wonderful, the food is wonderful +.

We’ve ordered take out from here a few times now during lockdown, and really enjoyed our food every time! And our wee girl loves the mini burger! Can’t wait to visit when you’re able to open up again!
